PROS: Great service,very helpful and smiley team . This was my 3rd time renting car with motoroads.com and as the previous 3 times fully satisfied and happy with the service. I did not get exactly what i have ordered but it was a lucky coincidence, because the type of car which i ordered on the way to airport got clutch breakdown - resulting in slight delay. But the good news i got same class car and discount for the inconvenience. The team was very helpful and cooperative! Very satisfied! I will keep using motoroads services ! CONS: none

PROS: The handover and the return of the car proceeded very correct. A very friendly young man was waiting for us at the airport Burgas on time. The car was clean an well prepared, so that we could start our tour along the shore of the Black Sea immediately. Everything went without problems. Price and service were extremely good, so that we can recommend Motoroads to anyone. CONS: Unfortunately our vacation passed too fast :(.

PROS: Having booked this through Motorroads from the UK, I didn't know what to expect when arriving at Istanbul IST with bag, helmet and no back-up plan but all went smoothly. Hassan and Co were at the airport on time to meet me with the bike and sort all the paperwork - very quick process. I rode down beyond Terkidag, met some friends (who had shipped their bikes to Sofia) and we caught the ferry from Gallipoli (via the coast road) to Cardak then on to Balikesir on the most amazing mountainous roads - then through Ayfon, Konya and on to Cappadocia (via the salt flats around Eskil) for a couple of days. Great mountainous or high-plain roads, beautiful landscape and lovely, friendly people. Surprisingly, given the rewards, there were very few tourists and even fewer bikes. After a long ride back to Istanbul (500 miles), I Dropped the bike and the guys removed the side panniers from my bike for the mad Istanbul traffic. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly... washed the bike, gave me coffee and a tour of their workshop. 2400k completed in 8 days so I paid a bit for excess mileage but this was reasonable. On the last day, the chaps came to pick the bike up from my hotel. I highly recommend Motoroads for their straightforward and friendly service! CONS: Slow response by email prior to trip.

PROS: Will highly recommend this Company. Used it for the second time and will never look for another one. Excellence service, cars in great conditions. We were late to return the car, as we were stuck in a traffic for an hours and no problem - the Lady was smiling and understanding. The red tape is minimum and very fast and organized. I recommended it to all my friends here. Everybody's happy. Don't look anywhere else, just try these guys. THANK YOU AND SEE YOU SOON. CONS: No such thing.

PROS: Best car rental in Bulgaria! We travel to the country every year and this year we actually needed a car at the Thessaloniki airport with return to Sofia after two weeks. This was not a problem at all. Our contact was waiting for us on time and was very helpful and patient even that we arrived at midnight with two crying kids. We did get a newer and better car than booked including excellent condition children seats! This was sofar the only bulgarian car rental company who provided exactly what we wanted and even more without communication problems. Thank you very much Motoroads! Next year we will rent from here again! CONS: None

PROS: We rent regularly - every year, and sometimes several times a year - a vehicle at MOTOROADS and this, for 4 years now. The cars are clean, in perfect technical condition. The service is more than satisfactory: even when your flight arrives at 3am, 2 hours behind schedule, the people at MOTOROADS are waiting for you. There was never the slightest mishap on their part, nor the slightest problem on the car or in terms of communication and service. We will continue to use their services, and we will definitely recommend them ! Good job guys ! CONS: DO NOT CONS

PROS: Motorbikes were as requested in our case 4 Royal Enfield Himalayans. Pick up and drop of went relatively smoothly. Good friendly service CONS: It would have helped if there had been some clear signage at the collection point to indicate that it was the site of a Motoroads office. Only a minor criticism as I had checked on Google earth so I recognised the building others may not?

PROS: This year we used the services of Motoroads for 4the time! As before, everything was very good! We have been met at the airport, and helped to carry the suitcases. Very comfortable Mercedes minivan. There were 6 of us, including 2 children. We traveled to our hotel in comfort! Thank you very much! We recommend! CONS: Everything was great!

PROS: Motoroads was the only provider that could offer us a 5 + 2-seater in Albena. The service was great, very friendly, punctual and without any "obstacles". Gladly again! CONS: We had rented the class with a VW Touran as a 5 + 2-seater with automatic and diesel and unfortunately "only" got an Opel Zafira 5 + 2 with automatic and diesel. I would rather have driven a VW Touran.
