We booked a rental car from MOTOROADS. com again like last year to travel on Bulgaria. Our flight from Rome, Italy landed in Sofia with 2 hours delay. However, representative from car rental company, nice young lady was awaiting us. Everything was smoothly and excellent. We spent 15 min to finish the paper work, got the keys and voila: we were behind the wheel. Good things with MOTOROADS that they always strive to give you the best service. Nice job. Thank you. Please keep it up!

Used the services of the company for the first time in the autumn of 2014, rented a car to travel around Bulgaria! Great car, clean, serviceable was fitted in time to our hotel, the race from the same place. Everything is clear and on time. Prices in my opinion more than affordable. The contact person speaks Russian perfectly! Recommend!

This is the first time used this service and we were pleasantly surprised, as we had two year old twins with us, we were met at arrivals by our lady taxi driver in Varna and the vehicle was roomy for the four of us and had two car seats ready for the little ones. As we were at a private address, she know how to get there without directions. On the return trip again the same driver was punctual and polite. I would definitely recommend this service in Varna.

I wanted to hire a Ducati for three days to ride the Stelvio pass. Having looked at a number of motorcycle rental companies and read the feedback, I decided to book with MOTOROADS. I filled in the easy to follow booking form and was contacted within a day by Maria who was very helpful and who confirmed my booking for a Ducati Hyperstrada 800. I paid the deposit which was very reasonable £79 and arranged the pick up to be at Bergamo Airport arrivals. A week before my departure I received an email explaining that the bike I had hired had been in an accident, that Moto Road would provide a Multistrada 1200 at no extra charge! On the pick up day I arrived at Arrivals and located the van and driver Umberto by mobile phone( he was 50 m away from me). We found a suitable lay-by and the bike was soon ready to go. Umberto gave me a very good briefing in English and was very helpful in answering my question. The bike was excellent and came with a top box and two panniers. I then rode to Bormio and stayed at Sotto Vento a superb 4star hotel. Riding the Multistrada was excellent and gave no problems on the Stelvio and the Mortirola Passes. The return was just as smooth and I would like to thank MOTOROADS for such an excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend anyone wanting to hire a bike in Italy to use this firm.

After a long 20+ hour plane ride, we like to have a car pick up ready at the airport. MOTOROADS was a good option that was reasonably priced. The driver was waiting for us when we came out of the baggage area and we quickly got to downtown Sofia. We used the service twice and both times I was happy and impressed with the service we received. The drivers assisted with luggage and were courteous. The cabs were clean. I found booking was very easy as well. The online feedback also helped me make a decision to use this company. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
