PROS: We had an excellent experience with Motoroads. We were contacted via WhatsApp prior to landing in Sofia, met by the rep on time at the airport, and were on our way within minutes. A week later, he picked up the car in Sandanski - it was great! We then used a Motoroads transfer to Thessaloniki. Again, on time and efficient. If in Bulgaria again, I would use them without a second thought!

PROS: We always receive excellent service; they pick us up at the airport and the cars are always in great condition. In addition, we have sometimes needed to arrange a transfer from the airport to Bansko, and they have organized everything and are always very precise. Thank you very much for the service.

PROS: We had an excellent experience, Motoroads were recommended by a friend,when we arrived to collect the car I had made an error with the child's car seats, they were too small, Motoroads took us back to their office where they swapped the seats without issue, friendly people, nothing too much trouble, the car was new, very clean and tidy and presented well, I would highly recommend and 100% would use again.

PROS: Great company, great service. Despite arriving into Sofia Airport late and departing very early, Motoroads were there to meet us and collect the car on the return. Very happy with Motoroads. PROS: We have already lost count of the years (at least 10) during which we have used the services of Motorroads at least once EVERY year. In August - September 2025 (this late comment refers to this period) we tried a new option: instead of renting a car from Sofia Airport, as always, we rented it from Varna Airport. And a miracle: we landed at 3 am, and at the exit from the control zone a friendly, smiling young man was waiting for us - also, like in Sofia. The car was as always wonderful, and as always - no problems either on the roads, or when picking it up, or when returning it (again at night, because of the flight time). In addition to the quality of the cars, we want to emphasize the quality of the service: in all these years, we have never been in contact with a sour or sullen employee, regardless of the time of day or night. Thank you for the quality and courtesy, and we will come back again.

PROS: As always staff awaiting us at Sofia airport, things have changed a little at the airport so taken to their nearby office for our car. Thought that the bill was in pounds but actually euros, so not as expensive, thank you for your honesty. Car drove very well and no problem for our vacation, pleased with the fuel consumption as well Staff are always great and professional and we will return at the end of Febрuary 2026

PROS: Excellent car rental. From the moment we picked up the car at the airport to the return service at the indicated address. Communication was perfect with Ema, who was always available to help with any questions or schedule changes. Renting a car with them was very easy. Unlike other countries, where there are always hassles and insurance scares. We were also traveling with two children, and the car seat booster seats were free.

PROS: We have rented a car from Motorroads several times now. Every time the service has been up to par. We usually order the car with pick-up and drop-off at an address. And this time we subsequently added a trip to Greece. They managed to arrange it and the communication was polite and very fast - out of hours. They always call us before they deliver the car and they have always been punctual. We are also available to call at any time in case of a problem. I highly appreciate the polite way of communication of the whole team and the quick response. I believe that the quality of their work meets the requirements of Western European clients. I would work with them again.
