Rented a car for a week in Bulgaria. Overall very satisfied. Prompt and nice customer service through email. Convenient and hassle-free pick up and drop off. Almost brand new and very nice car. Not the cheapest - but arguably best value for money. Good Insurance coverage included.

The service was at a high level. We've used Motoroads for the past 15 years when renting a vehicle in Bulgaria and they've always provided a reasonable price, vehicle type, and ease of booking. The team is always smiling, they are flexible and punctual, while the vehicles are always in great condition. We will continue to use the company's services in the future. I chose your company based on the reviews, which evidently had anything but the formality, expressing true sincere satisfaction. I have to admit that they are indeed real. In addition to the norm, I then received a surprising upgrade that made my holiday even more beautiful. I used Motoroads services this year (2022) already for the 3rd time for car rental and 3-4 times for transfer. They were at the same high level as before. It so happened that the vehicle I had seen was not available. Motoroads offered me another vehicle in the same class that turned out to be a brand new 2022 model in excellent condition. I received the car at Sofia airport, the Motoroads associate was kind enough to pick up the car back from our hotel in Sofia on a day off. I recommend Motoroads for both car rental and transfers.

We were once again in Bulgaria from 15.08.- 05.09.2022 and rented a car from Moto Roads for the fourth time. It worked, as always, excellent, the car (a newer Renault Captur) was handed over to us at the airport, delivery was then on 05.09. at 06:10! also at the airport directly in front of the entrance, to our complete satisfaction, we will also book in the future only with Moto Roads, by the way at a very good price, thank you!

The service that MotoRoads provided was excellent! We were met at Sofia airport by a Moto Roads representative and taken a short 10 minute vehicle ride to their rental office. Once there, all the paperwork was quickly and efficiently taken care of, and we were ready to drive away with 10 mins.The vehicle we had was as exactly as described on their website and is great value for money! I would highly recommend using MotoRaods to hire a vehicle in Sofia. I've previously hired vehicles with 'other' rental companies at Sofia airport and they are far more expensive and honestly not as good! The staff at MotoRoads were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be using them again for future trips to Sofia!

Sometimes we order a transfer, sometimes we rent a car. and you have never let us down in all this time! Meetings at the airport are always on time, the drivers are polite and tidy, the cars are in excellent condition. Several times we changed the make of the car, and it was always a replacement for a car of a higher class without any additional payments.
