PROS: Malaga: Good contact, landlord proactively contacted us on the morning of the rental day. Free shuttle from the airport to the parking lot. Received a new and a 6 year old motorcycle. Uncomplicated processing. Case, top case and lock included. Nice contact at the transfer point. Return uncomplicated.

PROS: Just returned from a motorcycle trip in morocco. If you are an adventurous person this is definitely a must trip! I rented a motorbike in Casablanca and drove around the south of Morocco! the motorcycle was delivered to the hotel, the qualified employees of the company quickly handed over the documents and I immediately set off! I'm heading north next time! and definitely with MOTOROADS!!! Thanks guys, you are the best!!!, Best regards

PROS: Everything went super smooth. first contact in April, clarifying a few details. made the booking in June, picked up the bikes (2x Tenere 700, 1x BMW 850, 1x BMW 750) in October. From first contact to returning the bikes everything was simply perfect and without any hassle. Super friendly and nice people in Marrakech + outstanding service (they even came up with some alternatives to our planned tour). Highly recommended and we will for sure use the service again.

PROS: The second time I have used motoroads. Fist in Nice then this time in Malaga. Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. Both occasions the bikes were in fantastic condition. Will definitely be using again. Far better than other motor cycle rental firms I have used.

PROS: Very accommodating, knowledgable and friendly service. I rented a Triumph Tiger Rally Pro. It was a good bike with no problems, just like the service. It was me first time renting a bike in Europe for a motorcycle road trip. Motoroads made the rental part simple and easy.

PROS: I rented a Honda Rebel 500 in Barcelona for a week in July 2022 and was extremely pleased with the experience. The communication from staff right from booking was excellent. I was kept informed and my questions were answered promptly. The bike was good as new, very well maintained, very comfortable. The pickup and drop off process was super quick, I spent less than 10 minutes for each. Mr Anton was easily reachable via phone/WhatsApp and made sure he was available at the store when we arrived for pick up and drop off on weekend ( during his after hours). I would highly recommend renting from them and would come back again for our future trips.

PROS: Had an amazing trip around Italy for 2 weeks! The BMW R1200 R was good. It was waiting for me where it was supposed to be, and I had no trouble getting on the road! (Or returning it when the trip - sadly - ended). Motoroads staff were very friendly and helpful.
CONS: Due to "delivery issues" (a lot of that going on in the world right now), I didn't get the bike I ordered. Totally understandable. Maybe next time.

PROS: First time we rent a motocycle from Mototroad. Booking is easy on the website and communication via emails was prompt and helpful. Bravo for the punctuality to the appointments, we were met by friendly representative who quickly and smoothly release the motocycle to us. The motorcycle (BMW 650 GS) had 30,000 km and was in perfect condition. 12 days of road trip without and problem. The equipment was in accordance with what we requested, only the rented GPS was not very efficient. We will definitely continue to use Motoroad service and always recommended to friends.

PROS: Francisco from Malaga MotoRent could not have been better in terms of communications, arrangements and helping me to solve a problem, of my making, as I caused a little bit of damage to the bike because of a Spanish driver who does not look out for bikes. Francisco did all the talking for me and the owner of the bike was very fair in the settlement for damages so I think I can say in all honesty everybody was happy especially me as I got to ride a bike in the weather bikes are made for.

PROS: Booking was super easy. The scooters were at the airport at the agreed time, where we received a great briefing. We were able to return the scooters to the airport as agreed. This was very straightforward. It wasn't the first time we booked with you. And definitely not the last time. Renting a vehicle is fun. The scooters were in perfect condition. We would rent there again and again.

PROS: The service could not have been better! Pickup location was in the center of Cannes, in front of the bus station. We even got some very nice suggestions for the area. Very nice, keep it up!
CONS: Motorcycle was just a little dirty in the footwell, but after a day at the beach it gets dirty anyway. So no big deal.

PROS: Everything was great. At the airport in Chania, an employee of the company welcomed me; the paperwork was done in a few minutes and I was ready to leave. I got a brand new machine and during the whole week there was not a single problem. For the emergency I had the mobile phone number of the employee of the company. The return of the machine at the airport went smoothly and was a matter of 5 minutes. Everything was perfect.

PROS: Having booked this through Motorroads from the UK, I didn't know what to expect when arriving at Istanbul IST with bag, helmet and no back-up plan but all went smoothly. Hassan and Co were at the airport on time to meet me with the bike and sort all the paperwork - very quick process. I rode down beyond Terkidag, met some friends (who had shipped their bikes to Sofia) and we caught the ferry from Gallipoli (via the coast road) to Cardak then on to Balikesir on the most amazing mountainous roads - then through Ayfon, Konya and on to Cappadocia (via the salt flats around Eskil) for a couple of days. Great mountainous or high-plain roads, beautiful landscape and lovely, friendly people. Surprisingly, given the rewards, there were very few tourists and even fewer bikes. After a long ride back to Istanbul (500 miles), I Dropped the bike and the guys removed the side panniers from my bike for the mad Istanbul traffic. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly... washed the bike, gave me coffee and a tour of their workshop. 2400k completed in 8 days so I paid a bit for excess mileage but this was reasonable. On the last day, the chaps came to pick the bike up from my hotel. I highly recommend Motoroads for their straightforward and friendly service!

CONS: It would have helped if there had been some clear signage at the collection point to indicate that it was the site of a Motoroads office. Only a minor criticism as I had checked on Google earth so I recognised the building others may not?

PROS: The Organization is perfect and all persons are very friendly on phone, in mail and when we met the gentleman for delivery and picking up. Punctual delivery of the bike directly in front of our hotel in Dubrovnik on exactly 10:00 am with whatsapp-information before as well as the pickup 3 days later on 18:00 pm also with whatsapp-information about 2 hours before. The BMW 1250 GS was in perfect technical condition. Three days in Croatia, Montenego and Bosia-Herzegowina have been a great driving pleasure for us. Thank you!

PROS: Easy pick up process, Able to leave luggage at pick up point, very friendly service with English no problem. Bikes ready to go, some brief instruction and a pat on the back. We hired a Triumph 800, 1200, Ducati Multistrada 950, KTM 1090 for 6 days, 5 nights, 1325km and coast to coast. The 1200 Triumph is too high and too heavy. Other bikes are excellent for Pyrenees to city riding. Nice dogs.
CONS: Triumph 1200 has a high motorcycle seat.

PROS: I rented a Harley Davidson in Malaga. Good réservation service. Good airport pickup as well.
CONS: When I left the rentalshop, I noticed that both tires were half flat which could have led to an accident. I still got no answer.
