PROS: Hello from Berlin, no distance is too far for us ... we are happy to accept a long journey to Sofia and the 3.5 hour drive to Pamporovo for many years and we will be back! First class reliable service from booking including reception & the journey SAFE AND QUICK to your destination, we are always enthusiastic and say thank you especially to our driver Miro! PROS: I have been completely satisfied with the shuttle service with the trip from Sofia to Pazardhzik for well over 10 years Drivers are always very helpful and nice. The costs are also very reasonable. Will continue to use this excellent service CONS: none

PROS: Absolutely great service. I used them twice in the past seven years and both times they performed as expected. Clean cars, kind and safe drivers. Last time my flight was canceled and the air company kept rescheduling my flight. So, I kept rescheduling my pick up time with Motoroads. They were very flexible and accommodating! Highly recommend for everyone who needs transportation services in Bulgaria! CONS: n/a

PROS: First class service from.the moment our driver picked us up at Sofia airport to when he dropped us off at Kempinski Grand Arena in Bansko. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the return trip with Motoroads as we had to leave 4 days early due to Coronavirus shut-down, however we would have no hesitation in using your company again on our annual ski trip to Bansko next year! CONS: None

PROS: I have used, motoroad for many year and over 15 airport transfers, from Burgas, Sofia and Istanbul. Always excellent service and reliable transportation with accommodating drivers. CONS: none

PROS: We have been using Motoroads for our transfers to Bansko for the last 14 years and have never been let down by them. The driver is always there on time for pick ups and is always very friendly with our group. I can honestly say that we have never had a bad experience with Motoroads and will definitely be using them again. Thank you and see you again soon! CONS: None

PROS: We ordered a transfer from the airport and back for a big group, with children, with a lot of ski equipment, and luggage. Very comfortable cars, the driver was polite, speaks Russian, met with a sign, came back at the right time, everything was fine! I definitely recommend everyone to use it. We will turn again with pleasure. CONS: not

PROS: Hello, I was driven from Sofia to Parzcazik, very cheap, 2 adults and 1 child. Driver was very nice and very punctual. Everything was perfect, I will take this service again and again. So far used Motoroads for 6-7 years. I am very satisfied. CONS: none
