PROS: Great service, friendly people. Representative was waiting for us, it took 10 minutes to get the car. No unnecessary paperwork. Everything was fast and easy, it`s extremely valuable when you already had 14 hours of travel with 2 kids behind and 400 km to drive ahead. Car was even better than I anticipated - with automatic shift. Very well maintained and reliable. Will use these guys in future and recommend to friends. Thank you. CONS: No

PROS: Very nice having a scooter in Milan. We had a great time driving to lake Como and from our hotel outside town to the city centre. Rental process was very easy and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Rental office people were nice and process was pretty easy. CONS: none

PROS: We rented 4x an F700-GS in Alicante and had a very enjoyable 4 day in the mountains bordering the Costa Blanca. All was perfectly organised and we highly recommend MOTOROADS. We had a punctured tyre which could not be fixed during the weekend but the rental company arranged a replacement bike in a few hours costing one of their employee a large part of his Saturday, that`s is service! CONS: none

PROS: We rented allready two times a car from MOTOROADS. Both times the car were at schedule time at the Sofia airport Pick-up place. The car was in technical good conditions and brought us without any failer around Bulgaria (totally +/- 4000 km. ). Also the schedule time and place to drop-off the car was never a problem. Always the person of MOTOROADS was there on time. CONS: None

PROS: We have used MOTOROADS twice now, for transportation to, and from Sofia airport. Every time the service is truly excellent, extremely professional driver, always on time, and extremely helpful. Plus, (we had the same driver twice) he is the nicest of persons; we had a very enjoyable conversation on the road to Plovdiv. Highly recommended! CONS: none

PROS: I found MOTOROADS to be very reliable, customer friendly and helpful! I was very late arriving in Ruse but the person whom I collected the car from, was very patient and friendly. Any questions I had prior and during the time I rented the car were always answered. The car had some scratches (which I did not notice when I collected the car), but the company knew about this and I was not held responsible for the scratches. I hired an economy car which proved very reliable and held it`s own on the bumpy roads in Bulgaria :-) I am very pleased I rented from this company and will rent from them again in future. CONS: None
