PROS: Very courteous and friendly staff picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the snowmobile area. From there, our guide took us through some fantastic countryside/forest areas on a thrilling snowmobile ride. Afterwards, we were given time to get some light refreshments before being driven back to Bansko. The snowmobiles were in good condition and ran very well. It was a great experience that I`m sure many of us would wish to repeat. CONS: none

PROS: Our family has been booking a car at MOTOROADS every summer for 5 years. They took the car in Sofia, and in Burgas, and in Varna, and were always satisfied with their choice. We didn’t have any complaints or misunderstandings. This summer, too, we will book their car. We recommend this company to our compatriots. You will be satisfied! CONS: none

PROS: Used MOTOROADS twice for motorcycle hire in Nice and Porto. Brilliant hassle free service at competitive prices. Good communications from Maria regarding any queries. Smooth collection and drop off at rental partners locations. Would recommend and use again. CONS: Motorcycle broke down in Porto but is not a reflection of the maintenance or quality of service from the motorcycle rental company. The problem could not have been foreseen. They were very helpful to recover the motorcycle and myself as quickly as practically possible and waited until almost 10pm at the rental shop to provide me with another motorcycle causing as little inconvenience as possible. This has not put me off using them again.
