PROS: I've enjoyed the delivery at the airport service it is very convenient. It is good to know that when you arrive at the airport your car will be awaiting for you. The substitute I got instead of the car I booked was a newer one. CONS: You should consider offering and keeping come cars for non smokers!

PROS: The ski and snowboarding gear we hired was in a brilliant location and great service. The lessons were great and our teacher, Damien was lovely and very supportive. I would definitely recommend that ski hire and lesson company. CONS: The only con we had was that the rep that brought our passes and paperwork for lessons to us was quite late and was going to leave us find our own way to the ski collection when we had no idea where we were going, so we explained that we booked to be taken to the shop and get all the kit sorted then he helped us. But other than that it was all fantastic.

PROS: Friendly Efficient Service. I've used Motoroads 4 or 5 times now, their staff are always waiting at the airport when i arrive, the cars have always been clean, well maintained, and sensibly priced. CONS: None really.

PROS: Received very good service. The car was good, received in timely manner. Different options were available: receive at airport, office, address. I used the latest. CONS: No actual cons - the car I ordered was substituted with other but I liked it as well it was the same class and newer option.

PROS: Присоединяюсь ко всем положительным отзывам. Планировали взять в аренду автомобиль в Пловдиве. Из-за разгильдяйства авиакомпании прилет был перенесен в Софию. В течение часа пересогласовали перенос аренды в Софию. Всё оперативно. Очень приятно удивлены качеством обслуживания: по прибытии нас встретил у выхода Иван (очень уважительный и ответственный сотрудник) , вся процедура оформления договора заняла не более 10 мин. Мы оплатили остаток суммы по договору работнику компании, получили ключи и документы и ... Поехали!! Возвращали авто также быстро: сотрудник фирмы осмотрел авто, вернул депозит, мы передали документы - вся процедура заняла 2-3 мин.!!! В следующий прилет в Болгарию обязательно будем обращаться именно в эту компанию. CONS: НЕТ!

PROS: Брали в аренду автомобиль в Софии (в аэропорту) в конце декабря 2014 года. Я был приятно удивлен качеством обслуживания. По прибытии нас встретили у выхода, вся процедура оформления договора заняла не более 10 мин. Мы оплатили остаток суммы по договору, внесли оговоренную сумму работнику компании наличкой, прошли к автомобилю, получили ключи и документы и все... мы свободны!! Возвращали авто еще быстрее: подъехали к аэропорту, нас уже ждали, сотрудник фирмы осмотрел авто, вернул депозит - вся процедура заняла 3 мин.!!! В следующий прилет в Болгарию обязательно буду обращаться именно в эту компанию. CONS: Нет

Review: Rila Hotel, Borovets PROS: This is the second time we come to Bulgaria and for both arrival I have used the motoroads service. We arrived to Sofia bus terminal very eary in the morning. It was a good opportunity to have tha transfer service from Motoroads . Driver was very kind and drived safely to Borovets Rila Hotel. Car was big enough. If I come to Borovets again I will call them again. CONS:

PROS: Friends and I have used motoroads return taxi service from Sofia to Bansko several times now, latest trip was for Xmas 2014, and have never had a cause to complain. Cars are always well presented and the drivers have always been helpful and, more importantly, on time and safe drivers. I have no problem recommending their services and will be booking again in February. CONS: NONE.

PROS: I've rented cars four times with Motoroads and they have always been completely reliable with no problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. CONS: The cars can be quite high mileage and sometimes fairly old, but again, I've never experienced any problems at all.

The car we reserved was for some reason not available so we got a higher class (bigger, automatic gear etc.) naturally for free.. :) The car was delivered on time to the pointed address by a friendly Pearson… The car was clean in- and outside with no cigarette smell. Altogether we had unproblematic trip and uncomplicated renting proceed … Motoroads.con contributed to our pleasant stay in Bulgaria. CONS:

Never had a problem with a car, pick-up or drop off. They are open for business 24/7. Don't rent a car from the companies with offices at the Sofia airport. It's a rip off. Use Motoroads. They have the best prices and service. Thank you, Motoroads. I'm looking forward to my next car rental with you. CONS: None

PROS: We used Motoroads three times on our recent trip to Bulgaria. Our drivers were always on time or 10 minutes early. Overall this was a great way to take the stress out of getting from place to place in a country where we didn't speak the language. CONS: Our driver had a bad habit of texting on his mobile phone while he drove. One time it almost resulted in an accident.

PROS: Great online service. Very quick response time (questions per email were answered within hours). Scooter was delivered to point of exchange in good quality and with all extras ordered. CONS: Had to wait 20 minutes at point of exchange (aiport) which is ok but could be bit better.
