PROS: We hired a car for a week, travelling from sofia airport to bansko and across central bulgaria, I have driven in BG 3 times now using 3 different companies, I would reccomend this company as the best value and service, the car was very good, the rep was friendly, you need a decent car to enjoy travelling this is the company you need to choose! PROS: We have hired cars from this Company over the last three years, probably 12 times. We have had three different cars. All have been very good. The people who meet us at the airport are always polite and informative, the cars always clean. I don`t think that we will look anywhere else as the service is excellent.

PROS: Great service. The driver was on time, both ways, and was very polite and helpful. His driving was sympathetic to us as passengers on some twisty, poor quality roads.

PROS: Booked for the first time the car for 12 days. Serving on time, the car provided a class higher for the same price, responded immediately to calls during the rental period, very helpful and friendly. During the delivery, there are also no problems, we are very satisfied, we will definitely use it next time!
CONS: Nothing to complain about, everything is very good.

PROS: Absolute excellent service through out! used to transport to and from Sofia airport to borovets in Bulgaria, good quality of cars used, staff very friendly and happily load/unload our luggage for us and very polite and always on time . . . tip them well! will book through them again next year :)

PROS: I travelled from Sofia to Borvets and I can only say the service was fantastic driver waiting for me when I walked through customs and was on time for my return trip back to Sofia at 3am in the morning would recommend MOTOROADS and would use them again

PROS: We use Motor Roads every year to book our ski packages, we have found they extremly helpful and often they have tailored the packages to suit due to travel arrangement changes withou hesitation. They are super quick and efficient, we have recommended to a friend who was also impressed and used them again 2nd year running. They do what they say and when they say it.

PROS: I have used MOTOROADS for car rentals for my last 3 visits to Bulgaria and I will continue to use them for future visits. The vehicles are of a high standard with competitive prices. Each time I have been met by a different member of staff and found them all punctual and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody requiring car rental in Bulgaria. Keep up the good work guys!
CONS: After using motoroads on 3 occasions now, I have yet to find any cons.
