PROS: Your Renault Traffic 9 seater was perfect for our trip, it thought nothing of accommodating 8 guys & luggage. It's winter tyres dealt with the icy roads comfortably. Collection and drop-off were perfect and seamless, I shan't hesitate to use Motoroads again. CONS: None

PROS: Great Service - a rental car was available at short notice that was perfect for the snow conditions in January. Quick and helpful response by email and telephone. Friendly and helpful staff at Sofia airport for collection and return. The staff checked the status of the road closures for us and offered advice on driving in snow. All round a great service and therefore highly recommended. We would hire from them again. CONS: None.

PROS: We always have our Rental Car delivered to our Hotel whilst we are visiting Bulgaria, and also book our Transfers by Taxi from the Airport to our Hotel through Moto roads. The service has always been excellent, and we will continue to use this service. CONS:

Review: Grand Resort , St Vlas PROS: Наша семья на протяжении 5 лет каждое лето бронирует автомобиль в фирме "Motoroads". Брали машину и в Софии, и в Бургасе, и в Варне, и всегда оставались довольны своим выбором. Никаких претензий или недоразумений у нас не возникало. Этим летом тоже будем у них бронировать машину. Review: Emerald Hotel, Bansko PROS: Great service! We were a little worried by the fact our flight arrived late at 1am. And that we the transfer would be through the night. But the driver was great helped us with our bags and was very friendly. When we arrived the hotel was shut but he got out and rang the hotel to get someone to let us in. Excellent! CONS: None

PROS: Whenever I have visited Bulgaria for the last 10 years, I used the services of the rental car company Motoroads. Over the years I have witnessed the growth of professionalism and customer service, as well as the improved quality of the car park. In my opinoion, the firm Motoroads offers the best Price/Service Balance and beats in many regards the other established rent-a-car firms like Hertz and Sixt, most notably, in the personalized service the firm strives to deliver. CONS: None

Review: Evridika Hotel, Pamporovo PROS: Два раза пользовались услугами Motoroads.com, один раз от аэропорта в Бургасе, один раз от отеля - всё прекрасно - во-время, быстро, хорошие авто, минимум времени на оформление, русскоговорящие агенты! PROS: Брал автомобиль в аренду уже второй раз в этой компании. Работают четко, к моменту передачи автомобиля уже все было готово, передача заняла 3 минуты. Подогнали прямо к дому, там же и забрали. Самая низкая цена на рынке, с учетом полной страховки. Очень приятные ребята. Рекомендую. CONS:

PROS: Used Motoroads twice for motorcycle hire in Nice and Porto. Brilliant hassle free service at competitive prices. Good communications from Maria regarding any queries. Smooth collection and drop off at rental partners locations. Would recommend and use again. CONS: Motorcycle broke down in Porto but is not a reflection of the maintenance or quality of service from the motorcycle rental company. The problem could not have been foreseen. They were very helpful to recover the motorcycle and myself as quickly as practically possible and waited until almost 10pm at the rental shop to provide me with another motorcycle causing as little inconvenience as possible. This has not put me off using them again.

PROS: We have used Motoroads ftwice a year for a number of years and the service has always been excellent. On our last visit to Bulgaria we had an accident which was not anyone's fault and they were extremely prompt in coming to our aid with another car and sorting out all of the details even though it was a holiday weekend. CONS: Nothing worth mentioning.

PROS: we have now used youe servises 3 times, and you have delivered a perfect service all 3 times. we would like to thank you and highly recommend you to anyone we know who are going to Bulgaria. This third time just one week ago, one of us forgot a jacket on the on going trip in the bus, and when a different bus came to pick us up a week later, the jacket was there for us to get in the new bus. super exelent service. :-) CONS:

PROS: Пользовалась арендой машины летом 2016, в Болгарии, Бургас, Созополь, Равда) 3 раза за сезон арендовала машину на 3-4 дня. Заказ оформляла через сайт, частично оплачивала с карты, остальное наличными. Реагировали быстро, пригоняли машину вовремя. Сдавала машину в Бургасе. Без задержки. Отношение к клиентом лояльное. Спасибо сотрудникам! CONS:
