The reservation and the service provided, namely car rental was very easy and without any remarks. The car was in excellent condition and we had no problems on the road. We had to extend the reservation and there was absolutely no problem, the employees of the company were very complicated and responded immediately and we extended the rent only by email. Representatives point out any previous damage to the car before they leave you with it (though i still take pictures anyway due to past bad experiences, but not with this company). Have been on time both times i used them. Speak excellent English. Great service all round.

They always meet us at the airport on time, with friendly and efficient staff. The vehicles are always valeted and reliable. I would recommend Motoroads and we do not use anybody else. On a few occasions we have requested that we drop the car off at a hotel in Sofia, and have been met by a representative and returned the vehicle, at no extra cost. An excellent service.

First time using this company... I was a bit worried there may of been hidden costs when I arrive... but there wasnt! Absolutly brilliant service, very polite lady there waiting for us with a sign, we had no suitcases so we was straight out and she was already there. Everything was straight forward. Very comfortable cars, the driver was polite, speaks Russian, met with a sign, came back at the right time, everything was fine! I definitely recommend everyone to use it.
