WHAT INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PRICE?
Full insurance package is included in our rental prices - Third Party Liability, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft and Fire Protection. This prepaid insurance package is compulsory and gives you a piece of mind. For all insurance events you are required to obtain a police report. If the police report states it is not your fault for an accident you have zero excess/liability. Otherwise your maximum liability is up to the amount of the car security deposit.
WHAT IS A CAR REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The refundable car security deposit covers unlikely events that are not covered by the insurance - lost of car keys and documents, car returned with empty fuel tank, lost of car equipment, etc. It also covers damages to the removable parts of the vehicle not covered by the insurance (unless additionally obtained) - tires, rims, wheel covers, etc. The security deposit is due upon car collection and refundable at the end. Most economy cars have a security deposit of 100 EUR, compact cars - 150 EUR, intermediate cars - 200 EUR and SUVs - 350 EUR.
IS THE MILEAGE RESTRICTED ON YOUR CAR RENTALS?
The car mileage is UNLIMITED with all car rentals except cargo vehicles crossing the border.
WHERE DO I PICK-UP/DROP-OFF THE CAR ONCE BOOKED?
You can collect your car rental from our office or our representative will meet you in the arrival hall of the airport with a board with your name on. Your car will be waiting for you at the airport parking as well. You can also request car pick-up/drop-off from your hotel, private address, bus or train station or any major public site.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT/BUS/TRAIN IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED?
Please inform us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your car collection according to the new arrival time.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
To change or cancel your booking, please send us an email from your personal email box or via our
. Modification to your booking is free of charge 24 hours prior to car pick-up, but it is subject to availability. We do not make any refunds for car rental amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to car collection.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED UPON CAR PICK-UP?
Customers from the European Union have to present a valid driver's license and a passport/ID card from the country of origin. Customers from any other country need to present an international driver's license (IDL). Customers possessing Bulgarian driver's license need to show their blue talon as well.
HOW DO I BOOK/PAY FOR A CAR?
We require a small amount to be paid in advance to secure the booking and the balance payment is due in cash or by credit car upon car collection. We accept payments in all major currencies EUR, GBP, USD and Bulgarian Leva.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY BOOKING?
You will receive a reservation voucher with all booking details via email. If you do not hear from us within 24-hours please contact us, because we might not be able to reach you due to incorrect or filtered email.
DO YOU PROVIDE A BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE?
In the unlikely event of a breakdown you can contact us and request assistance 24 hours on the number specified in your rental agreement.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER?
Additional driver is free of charge, but must be included in the rental contract upon car collection.
DO YOU APPLY ANY EXTRA CHARGES (AIRPORT TAX, LOCAL TAX, INSURANCE, ETC.) ASIDE FROM THE ONLINE RENTAL RATE?
What you see is what you pay. We do not charge any additional money upon car collection. Your total rental rate stated in our booking form and in your reservation voucher is your total rental price.
WHY YOUR SYSTEM CALCULATES DELIVERY/COLLECTION CHARGE TO MY ONLINE QUOTE?
This is because you have selected a car model that is not available in the pick-up location. Please try to select a car model that is present in your pick-up location to avoid delivery/collection charges.
WILL I RECEIVE THE CAR MODEL I CHOOSE ONLINE?
Yes, except in the unlikely event of a car damage or rental period extension by the customer renting the same model prior to your booking. In such cases we will deliver a replacement vehicle from the same or higher rental category.
