The service came exactly when and where we asked for it. The service was provided very professionally and our car came in good condition with a full tank of fuel. Ideal since all we needed was to make sure it was full on return. When all of us had lost phone signal, the man was very prompt to meet us at the airport on departure and gave us our deposit back in full (and in English which is a bonus when you`re leaving the country. ) On the whole a very good service.

I travelled with my mom to Nessebar and we needed a transfer between the airport and the hotel. The driver was at the airport in time, my name was written out correctly and it was easy to notice. The route took even shorter than we expected. When we returned the driver arrived even a little earlier - so everything went perfect. Correct service, correct price - I am very pleased with MOTOROADS! I am very happy to find them on the net! Thank you guys!

Dear Mike Fieldhouse,
Thank you for your feedback. We have to admit the originally booked Nissan Pathfinder was not available at the time of your arrival at Sofia airport. It was returned a day later by the previous customer without any notice to us in advance. We even reported the vehicle stolen in the police not knowing it was a misunderstanding in the customer's travel dates mentioned on the rental contract. Sometimes we have no control over situations like yours and especially in high season when we do not have many vehicles on the parking lot. However, we offered you two good alternatives on the spot: 8+1 Mercedes Vito and 6+1 Chevrolet Captiva and you stated at the rental desk that you are happy with the Chevy Captiva 6+1 seats. In regards to the meet and greet service, it was specifically mentioned on your reservation voucher that you have to approach our rental desk in the arrival hall by yourself due to the very busy arrival time of your flight. We hope will have a chance to show you our customer satisfaction dedication in the near future.

We both found the service to be first class with all 3 taxis waiting as per our instructions for respective journeys which ensuring a stress and hassle free trip back n forth from airport. Excellent customer service and great bikes. Rented a 2013 BMW 650 from MOTOROADS for a weekend travelling around Sofia. Initial communications were very good with all questions answered. Bike was dropped off on time and all controls explained. The bike itself was in excellent condition and a top box was included in the price. Would highly recommend the company and Dimi for his communication! He was very easy to talk to and was happy to sort out any issues.

I rented a Toyota Camry 2. 4i for two weeks at the end of June 2014. The car matched the description, except for the year of manufacture (according to documents 2008 instead of 2010, which is listed on the website), but in very good technical condition. By the time of submission at Sofia airport, everything is accurate: we met on time, quickly issued the documents. Also handed over at the airport: all on time and quickly. I am going to use your services next year.
