I found this service very professional: much efficiency, high reliability. Got a Opel Zafira (instead of a Ford Fiesta, `cause Fiesta was not available) and asked the car to be provided of a road map. When I got the car, we noticed that the map was missing and the man from the agency bought it istantly. In my opinion a great choice for everybody who wants to explore Bulgaria by car

Have been using MOTOROADS for 6 years, sometimes twice a year, this year they collected members of our family on three separate visits. They are always waiting for us at the airport, they check our flight arrivals and we have never been let down. They arrive early at our apartment to return us to the airport. The journey is pleasant, the drivers are friendly and polite and I would not hesitate to recommend them and in fact will be using them every year.

Very good value for money, great drop off and collection experience for us. Spoke good English. The administration and booking was all straight forward and efficient. The driver who picked up the vehicle at the end even came back and found us in the airport to bring us something that we had left behind in the vehicle!

First class service. Friendly helpful staff. Waiting for us upon arrival at Bourgas Airport when we landed and again when we returned the car. Nothing was too much trouble. Good communication before travel. Meeting at airport and handover very efficient and professional The bike was in very good condition, the confidence that helps a lot as you set out alone into an new country. The return arrangement very as very easy and clear, with flexibility - in my case dropped to a good restaurant near the airport. I am happy to recommend MOTOROADS to anyone, and already have to members of my bike club in Scotland.
