WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO RENT FROM YOU?You need a valid passport or ID card (for EU members) and a valid driver’s license. If you rent motorbike or scooter over 125 cc you need to present a full motorbike license. You can find the required category driver’s license in the description and the price calculation of each rental vehicle. In some countries you might need to present an International Driver's License (IDL), if required by law.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?You need a valid credit card to make a booking on motorcycle-rental-europe.com. Payments via bank transfer are available upon request for groups or custom bookings.
WHAT MILEAGE IS INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL PRICE?Mileage allowance varies for different rental vehicles. Mileage conditions are clearly displayed in the vehicle price calculation on our web page. The mileage allowance may depend on the rental period you choose.
WHAT INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL PRICE?Insurance conditions - CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and Insurance excess vary for each rental vehicle. They are clearly shown in the vehicle price calculation on our web page.
WHAT DRIVER’S LICENSE DO YOU REQUIRE TO RENT FROM YOU?Different rental vehicles require different category driving permit. In most cases (some exceptions apply) you need driver’s license to drive a car, ATV and 50cc scooter. In certain rental locations you may ride 125 cc scooter or 250 cc MPV with a driver’s license as well. However, in most cases you need a full motorbike license to ride any scooter or motorbike over 50 cc.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE AT THE AIRPORT?Our representative will meet you with a board with your name in the arrivals hall off the respective airport. If you are not able to locate him, please call the numbers provided on your reservation voucher and we will assist you.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE ADDRESS OF YOUR OFFICE?The address to collect your rental vehicle will be stated in your reservation voucher. In many locations we have more than one rental office and we are not able to confirm the exact address to collect your rental vehicle before your online booking is complete.
CAN I COME TO THE RENTAL OFFICE AND RENT ON THE SPOT?You are welcome to visit our rental offices, but availability can not be guaranteed on the spot. Rental prices on the spot are up to 30% higher than the prices advertised online. We recommend you to make your booking online well in advance to ensure availability and best price.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE TO SECURE MY BOOKING?The amount we require you to pay online to secure your booking varies, but overall it is approximately 10-15% from your total rental rate.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER ALL RIDING ACCESSORIES IN ADVANCE?Not all rental locations carry in stock all sizes and models rental equipment. We strongly recommend you to pre-order your riding gear to avoid availability issues.
CAN I ORDER A GUIDE TOGETHER WITH MY RENTAL?In certain rental locations you can order a guide. This option might be available online or you could request it manually via email.
IS IT SAFE TO BOOK WITH MOTOROADS?Motoroads respects privacy and does not sell or divulge any information about its customers. We do not store any credit card information on our web site.
