PROS: I just wanted to thank you for the good service you provide and your understanding and helpfulness regarding the volcanic ash cloud. Although it was not necessary in the end, it was reassuring to know that we were able to hold on to the car for a longer period had it have been required. PROS: We were very happy with the service. Our flight was early into Bourgas & when we phoned the Rep. he came to meet us straight away. He was very helpful & courteus & we were delighted with a good start to our first visit to Bulgaria. the car was very good too! CONS: No complaints!

From the ski resorts, to Sunny Beach on the Black Sea, we enjoyed our road tour and the fabulous insight to your country. Mike asked you 1000 questions while on tour and you managed to answer all of them, and still find time to show us all of the attractions.
