PROS: Absolutely great service. I used them twice in the past seven years and both times they performed as expected. Clean cars, kind and safe drivers. Last time my flight was canceled and the air company kept rescheduling my flight. So, I kept rescheduling my pick up time with Motoroads. They were very flexible and accommodating! Highly recommend for everyone who needs transportation services in Bulgaria! CONS: n/a

PROS: Had an amazing trip around Italy for 2 weeks! The BMW R1200 R was good. It was waiting for me where it was supposed to be, and I had no trouble getting on the road! (Or returning it when the trip - sadly - ended). Motoroads staff were very friendly and helpful. CONS: Due to "delivery issues" (a lot of that going on in the world right now), I didn't get the bike I ordered. Totally understandable. Maybe next time.

PROS: I use motoroads 4-5 times a year to rent a car directly from Sofia airport or from my hotel; since many years. The services are excellents: personal reception at the airport, always perfectly on time for the meeting. full insurance and no surprises. quality vehicles. Thank you and see you again soon. PROS: I am very satisfied, for the first time I had to rent a car from the airport. I was very well received and that too in the middle. Their level is very high. The car they gave me in general, technically and visually, everything is perfect. The price is worth it. SERVICE QUALITY NO 5 A 10 CONS: No negatives all good

PROS: As always for 8 years (for that long we have been using the services of Motorroads), everything is fast, easy and accurate. Even when one does not look and calls in the middle of the night to an employee who is not at work at the moment (and his colleague is waiting for you in front of the airport), the answer is polite and efficient! There is nothing to discuss about the quality of the car or its cleanliness: everything is at the level we expected, and even higher. Thanks again! CONS: No such thing!

PROS: Always precisely on time , vehicles clean and functional , the staff genuinely helpful and online correspondence contested quickly , we will continue to use their services. We have also used the transfer services for guest transfers Bansko-Sofia and they are very precise. CONS: none

PROS: The service was at a high level. We've used Motoroads for the past 14 years when renting a vehicle in Bulgaria and they've always provided a reasonable price, vehicle type, and ease of booking. The team is always smiling, they are flexible and punctual, while the vehicles are always in great condition. We will continue to use the company's services in the future.
