PROS: Car was presented to us in a great condition, filled up with fuel just before we left their garage, excellent drive,covered over 600 kilometers, with no faults, Staff was excellent as usual, always polite, always on time. We have used motoroads for may years, and can not rate them high enough CONS: none

PROS: Good laziness! We would like to say a big thank you to the whole MOTOROADS team for the excellent work! We have been using the services of the company with pleasure for over 10 years. Sometimes we order a transfer, sometimes we rent a car. and you have never let us down in all this time! Meetings at the airport are always on time, the drivers are polite and tidy, the cars are in excellent condition. Several times we changed the make of the car, and it was always a replacement for a car of a higher class without any additional payments. For interest, this fall we looked at the rental / transfer prices from other companies. Once again we were convinced that in this matter you are still the best! In the near future we will make a new transfer order. Thanks for the great job! I wish you success and prosperity for your company! CONS: none

PROS: First time we rent a motocycle from Mototroad. Booking is easy on the website and communication via emails was prompt and helpful. Bravo for the punctuality to the appointments, we were met by friendly representative who quickly and smoothly release the motocycle to us. The motorcycle (BMW 650 GS) had 30,000 km and was in perfect condition. 12 days of road trip without and problem. The equipment was in accordance with what we requested, only the rented GPS was not very efficient. We will definitely continue to use Motoroad service and always recommended to friends. CONS: none

PROS: Rented the car through Motoroads which as we have been informed at the place of pickup (Leon car Rentals at Sofia). Though acting as a broker, the service was excellent, communicated through emails for possible rental extension and everything was clear. The people at the rental place were very helpful and explanatory and did not have to wait for providing the car. The car was brand new and in excellent condition. Definitely recommended for hassle free rentals.“ CONS: None.
