PROS: I have been working with the Motoroads team for several years now. As usual, everything was at a very good level of service: the car was as ordered, the child seat was as agreed, the registration of the car upon receipt and upon return was done clearly, accurately and on time. A very good team, very good and convenient service. Reasonable prices and excellent communication in different languages. Thank you. PROS: We rented 4 bikes to tour Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia in 2024. The people at Motoroads were very responsive and proactive. When my bike had a SW issue, they dispatched a replacement bike straight to where I was so I didn't lose any time because of the issue. When I broke a windshield, they were understanding and found a reasonable price for the replacement. Great experience, great bikes, great people. Will recommend them anytime.

PROS: As usual: everything was accurate and correct. We received the car at the hour that the car was ordered and it was given back exactly at the time when it was supposed to be returned. PROS: Reliable car rental with the exclusive option of picking up or returning the car in every single town in Bulgaria even small for a reasonable extra fee. Family friendly policy as they are the only one not charging extra for child seats!
CONS: Car had a high mileage but it was kept in an excellent condition, like new.

PROS: My brother and I booked 2 BMW-bikes for a trip in Portugal. The Motoroads team answered all my question before we started from home. At the airport we met a assistant (thanks to Mario), took our bikes and started the trip. Bikes have been in best conditions. PROS: We rented 3 BMW motorcycles, all almost new and in very good condition. No technical problems whatsoever. The USB socket in the cockpit and the sturdy cell phone holder were perfect. We navigated by cruiser. Delivery and collection on time directly from the hotel - great! Simple and hassle-free billing with credit cards. Competent and friendly communication via email and WhatsApp.

PROS: Hello, we were in Madeira at the end of February 24 and rented a Suzuki V Strom 650 in Funchal for 6 days. Everything worked out great, the motorcycle was in great condition apart from a few signs of wear and had only run about 10,000 km. The price and the staff were really great. Always happy.

PROS: Despite the age of the machine and despite the high mileage - both of which I knew and were communicated accordingly - the machine was in top condition: one tire and brake pads were new. No damages. The entire process went smoothly and without complications - with shuttle service. Everything was great. We'd love to come back.

PROS: During the last ten years, the essential part of my frequent trips in Bulgaria were the “Motoroads” rental’s services. If we needed either a small or a big car, or microbus (coach) with a driver for a day , or a week, we’ve got always what we needed and often more than we had expected. PROS: The condition of the motorcycles was excellent and the service of the staff was great to answer any questions. I would definitely rent with Motoroads again and recommend it!
CONS: Their GPS was damaged and they provided us with cell phone support! It worked well but in a wind it came off and the phone fell at high speed, which caused the screen and certain parts to be damaged! The rest of the trip we had to tie him up a little so he wouldn't fall again.

PROS: I had ordered 300cc scooter in Athens directly at the airport. I have to say that everything went extremely well All the paperwork could be completed in advance before boarding (via Viber). The device was technically flawless and was a lot of fun. I had my helmet, kidney belt and luggage net with me, but the topcase and second helmet could be reserved in advance. With the transfer of the deposit, nothing stood in the way of the 5-day short trip. The return, including the return of the deposit, was also quick and uncomplicated. 100% recommendation
