PROS: Great service especially given the fact that we wanted to pick up and drop off the car in Kulata and not Sofia. Everything was clear, well organised and the vehicle in great shape. CONS: Nothing really.

PROS: We had an excellent experience with Motoroads. We were contacted via WhatsApp prior to landing in Sofia, met by the rep on time at the airport, and were on our way within minutes. A week later, he picked up the car in Sandanski - it was great! We then used a Motoroads transfer to Thessaloniki. Again, on time and efficient. If in Bulgaria again, I would use them without a second thought! CONS: none

PROS: The service was excellent, they even waited when the flight from the UK was delayed by 4 hours, the bike was ideal for the roads on the island, it was a couple of years old but was well maintained and looked after, would I use these guys again, Yes without thinking. So Cheers Hope the Carsberg went well. CONS: No comments against the service or the bike but those roads on some of those hills are steep?

PROS: We had an excellent experience, Motoroads were recommended by a friend,when we arrived to collect the car I had made an error with the child's car seats, they were too small, Motoroads took us back to their office where they swapped the seats without issue, friendly people, nothing too much trouble, the car was new, very clean and tidy and presented well, I would highly recommend and 100% would use again. CONS: None to report..

PROS: We have already lost count of the years (at least 10) during which we have used the services of Motorroads at least once EVERY year. In August - September 2025 (this late comment refers to this period) we tried a new option: instead of renting a car from Sofia Airport, as always, we rented it from Varna Airport. And a miracle: we landed at 3 am, and at the exit from the control zone a friendly, smiling young man was waiting for us - also, like in Sofia. The car was as always wonderful, and as always - no problems either on the roads, or when picking it up, or when returning it (again at night, because of the flight time). In addition to the quality of the cars, we want to emphasize the quality of the service: in all these years, we have never been in contact with a sour or sullen employee, regardless of the time of day or night. Thank you for the quality and courtesy, and we will come back again. CONS: There is none.

PROS: Motoroads is my go-to car rental in Sofia. They are consistently professional, reliable, and fair. This time around, I had some unexpected changes in my plans, and they responded promptly and helpfully to accommodate our needs. Their service continues to be excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience. CONS: None.

The person who delivered and picked up the car was very friendly, and the process was straightforward. It was especially convenient and much appreciated that they handled both the handover and return outside of regular opening hours. Overall, I’m very satisfied – great service! CONS: nothing
