PROS: As always staff awaiting us at Sofia airport, things have changed a little at the airport so taken to their nearby office for our car. Thought that the bill was in pounds but actually euros, so not as expensive, thank you for your honesty. Car drove very well and no problem for our vacation, pleased with the fuel consumption as well Staff are always great and professional and we will return at the end of Febрuary 2026

PROS: Our experience with Motoroads was great. Easy communication, excellent service and normal pricing. The team was very nice, friendly and professional. They arrived from Sofia to the agreed location with absolute punctuality. The pick-up and drop-off were easy. The upgrade of the car was a nice surprise which made our vacation. PROS: I rented a car in Burgas, Bulgaria, and everything went smoothly. The car was solid and drove well. The person who delivered and picked up the car was very friendly, and the process was straightforward. It was especially convenient and much appreciated that they handled both the handover and return outside of regular opening hours. Overall, I’m very satisfied – great service!

PROS: I recently rented a car from Moto Roads, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The booking was quick and hassle-free, the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable trip.I especially appreciated their transparent pricing—no hidden fees—and the flexibility with pick-up and drop-off times. PROS: Excellent car rental. From the moment we picked up the car at the airport to the return service at the indicated address. Communication was perfect with Ema, who was always available to help with any questions or schedule changes. Renting a car with them was very easy. Unlike other countries, where there are always hassles and insurance scares. We were also traveling with two children, and the car seat booster seats were free.

PROS: Paul and I travelled from the UAE in March 25. We were greeted to find that the van we paid for wasn't available but instead of disappointment, we were upgraded and had a fabulous van. At the airport, we called the 'car' and they journeyed us door to door. We then underwent a thorough and supportive demonstration of all the aspects of 'Van Life'. The van was spotless. We paid an upgrade for kitchen equipment and bedding - which was clean, instantly installed and lovely to sleep and eat in. We drove for an entire week and filled up only once with fuel. We spent 3/7 nights on campsites and the rest of the time wild camping. On return the handover was smooth, quick and hassle free. Photographic evidence on both sides was supportive with ironing out small concerns and both parties were satisfied. Not only would we recommend you to our friends and family, we are already planning our next trip to start from you place for the opposite direction. Thank you for everything.

PROS: Amazing snowmobile experience in the Bulgarian mountains, me and my girlfriend had an amazing time. Friendly driver & safari leader. Really enjoyed the free time we got on the snowmobiles driving around in the mountain area. 10/10/ would recommend!

PROS: We arrived in Paris during the Olympics and found the service, bikes and advice so helpful in our 21 day journal through Europe. You have contributed to memories that will be forever with us. The BMW 750 bikes were superb and never missed a beat during the hot summer conditions.
CONS: The only negative we encountered was the BMW navigation system which seemed to constantly have difficulty in congested road systems with the satellite recognition proving many times too slow to work out the required route and sending us down the wrong way.

PROS: We rented the car at Sofia Airport (Bulgaria). Although there is no stand at the airport (at least as far as we know) everything was very comfortable and easy. The employees made things easy for us and were also very friendly. I recommend this company.

PROS: We have rented a car from Motorroads several times now. Every time the service has been up to par. We usually order the car with pick-up and drop-off at an address. And this time we subsequently added a trip to Greece. They managed to arrange it and the communication was polite and very fast - out of hours. They always call us before they deliver the car and they have always been punctual. We are also available to call at any time in case of a problem. I highly appreciate the polite way of communication of the whole team and the quick response. I believe that the quality of their work meets the requirements of Western European clients. I would work with them again.
CONS: I have no negative comment. I wish the team to continue to defend the level of service achieved.

PROS: We rented 4 bikes to tour Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia in 2024. The people at Motoroads were very responsive and proactive. When my bike had a SW issue, they dispatched a replacement bike straight to where I was so I didn't lose any time because of the issue. When I broke a windshield, they were understanding and found a reasonable price for the replacement. Great experience, great bikes, great people. Will recommend them anytime.

PROS: Reliable car rental with the exclusive option of picking up or returning the car in every single town in Bulgaria even small for a reasonable extra fee. Family friendly policy as they are the only one not charging extra for child seats!
