We had an excellent experience with Motoroads. We were contacted via WhatsApp prior to landing in Sofia, met by the rep on time at the airport, and were on our way within minutes. A week later, he picked up the car in Sandanski - it was great! We then used a Motoroads transfer to Thessaloniki. Again, on time and efficient. If in Bulgaria again, I would use them without a second thought!
