I collected a near-new R1200GS from the Rome depot in July and rode 6000 trouble free kilometres over the next 3 weeks. The pickup was prompt, courteous and bike controls were well explained. The panniers and top box more than catered for my requirements. The return was equally straightforward and the bottles of cool water much appreciated.
