I booked a car for collection from Russe train station at 8pm on the night before we were due to leave. The car arrived on time, the GPS was set to English and the car was perfect for requirements. Your colleague, her name I have forgotten, (sorry) who delivered the car was friendly, and very helpful, setting the destination on the GPS, she even offered for us to follow her as we drove to our guest house. I was worried about hiring a car especially the cost and also because i do not have a credit card, the staff at Motoroads replied to my worries promptly and offered reassurance that i could still hire a vehicle without said credit card. Best rates i could find!

Everything went very well and the two people who collected the car in the heavy fog at Plovdiv airport were particularly helpful – spending time waiting with us, and making extra phone calls, in case our plane was cancelled and we needed the car again. Fortunately we didn’t because we were bussed to Sofia airport but their patient help was very much appreciated. We are greeted at the arrivals hall by friendly staff and the quality/clean car is parked outside the terminal. When we return we meet staff outside the departure terminal at an agreed time. Could not be easier.
