PROS: Reception by Opel in Ruse was very friendly and correct. The car looked like new and was perfectly maintained. When we brought the car back we got a lift back to the garage we didn`t have to take a taxi but got a lift from the manager. Excellent service, no problems.

PROS: Excellent service, friendly woman who bought me the car . . . was very flexible with the pick up time when I dropped it back 10 days later and she even dropped me to the train station after coming to my hotel to pick the car up. I was a bit apprehensive initially when I was looking online as not a company I have heard of before but would use this company first if possible in the future. Europcar sucks btw . . . they are very hard to deal with and not at all flexible . . . recommend these guys over them any day.

PROS: Everything was perfect. We were given the car at the agrred time at our hotel and gave it back in the airport. Very nice staff and very convenient and comfortable car. I really good service which cntributed to a lovely vacation.

PROS: I found this service very professional: much efficiency, high reliability. Got a Opel Zafira (instead of a Ford Fiesta, `cause Fiesta was not available) and asked the car to be provided of a road map. When I got the car, we noticed that the map was missing and the man from the agency bought it istantly. In my opinion a great choice for everybody who wants to explore Bulgaria by car
CONS: I really don`t have anything to say against the service. Totally satisfied. If I ever come back in Bulgaria, I`ll certainly rent a car from this agency again.

PROS: Very good value for money, great drop off and collection experience for us. Spoke good English. The administration and booking was all straight forward and efficient. The driver who picked up the vehicle at the end even came back and found us in the airport to bring us something that we had left behind in the vehicle!

PROS: First class service. Friendly helpful staff. Waiting for us upon arrival at Bourgas Airport when we landed and again when we returned the car. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all our family and friends. Thank you so much for making our holiday stress free!

PROS: They took the car from July 10 to July 18 for a trip to Greece. The car was clean, they drove in time, the design and contacts with the representative: everything was clear, fast, concrete. I was pleased with the representative of the company. we will take the car only here
