PROS: The service was at a high level. We've used Motoroads for the past 13 years when renting a vehicle in Bulgaria and they've always provided a reasonable price, vehicle type, and ease of booking. PROS: This is the fifth summer we rent a car from Mototroad and they have yet to disappoint us. Booking is easy on the website with good range of care choices and communication via emails was prompt and helpful. On arriving at the airport we are always met by friendly representative who quickly and smoothly release the car to us. The car this year was brand new only on 4000km in immaculate condition. It was perfect size and very economic considering the extensive driving around the country we had. On departure we were met again by the representative and handed over the car without a hassle. We will definitely continue to use Motoroad service and always recommended to friends.

PROS: Rented the car through Motoroads which as we have been informed at the place of pickup (Leon car Rentals at Sofia). Though acting as a broker, the service was excellent, communicated through emails for possible rental extension and everything was clear. The people at the rental place were very helpful and explanatory and did not have to wait for providing the car. The car was brand new and in excellent condition. Definitely recommended for hassle free rentals.“

PROS: We are extremely pleased with our choice for the second time, very accurate and correct, kind and professional. The car was clean, big and there were no problems, the attitude of the person who greeted us at the airport was delightful, said Yasen, unfortunately we do not know the family name. PROS: The reservation and the service provided, namely car rental was very easy and without any remarks. The car was in excellent condition and we had no problems on the road. We had to extend the reservation and there was absolutely no problem, the employees of the company were very complicated and responded immediately and we extended the rent only by email. We will definitely use the services of Motoroads again :)

PROS: Used this Motoroads company twice. Both times everything went perfect. It's cheaper than most companies. Representatives point out any previous damage to the car before they leave you with it (though i still take pictures anyway due to past bad experiences, but not with this company). Have been on time both times i used them. Speak excellent English. Great service all round.

PROS: We have used Motoroads for a number of years now, and never had any issues with them. The rental costs are competitive, with no extra hidden costs. They always meet us at the airport on time, with friendly and efficient staff. The vehicles are always valeted and reliable. I would recommend Motoroads and we do not use anybody else. On a few occasions we have requested that we drop the car off at a hotel in Sofia, and have been met by a representative and returned the vehicle, at no extra cost. An excellent service.
