PROS: Almost every time we go to Bulgaria we book our rented car at Motoroads. We picked up at Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas Airports. Always on time, friendly staff, best price and good cars. I can definitely recommend Motoroads and will rent there again. CONS: No Cons.

PROS: Excellent service as always, waiting at Sofia airport, quick pickup of my car, car very clean and tidy. Car performed great with no problems. Upon return again excellent service, Motoroads never seem to miss a beat, very professional. Been using Motoroads for many years, never yet had any complaint. Best hire service in Sofia. CONS:

PROS: The reservation and the service provided, namely car rental was very easy and without any remarks. The car was in excellent condition and we had no problems on the road. We had to extend the reservation and there was absolutely no problem, the employees of the company were very complicated and responded immediately and we extended the rent only by email. We will definitely use the services of Motoroads again :) CONS: We have no negative comment, everything was very professional.

PROS: We rented a BMW 3rd series convertible and had a wonderful time with the car. The service was superb, the car was delivered to our hotel and picked up at the end. Clean, well maintaned and pretty ok for a rental. The service exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it, and use it again in the future! CONS: none

Firstly their website is very intuitive, very easy to navigate. They provide a variety of cars you can choose on an acceptable price. Even their first class automobiles that I used have a fair price. PROS: Used this Motoroads company twice. Both times everything went perfect. It's cheaper than most companies. Representatives point out any previous damage to the car before they leave you with it (though i still take pictures anyway due to past bad experiences, but not with this company). Have been on time both times i used them. Speak excellent English. Great service all round. CONS: Have not got a bad word to say about this company so no cons that i have found.

PROS: We have used Motoroads for a number of years now, and never had any issues with them. The rental costs are competitive, with no extra hidden costs. They always meet us at the airport on time, with friendly and efficient staff. The vehicles are always valeted and reliable. I would recommend Motoroads and we do not use anybody else. On a few occasions we have requested that we drop the car off at a hotel in Sofia, and have been met by a representative and returned the vehicle, at no extra cost. An excellent service. CONS: None

PROS: First time using this company... I was a bit worried there may of been hidden costs when I arrive... but there wasnt! Absolutly brilliant service, very polite lady there waiting for us with a sign, we had no suitcases so we was straight out and she was already there. Everything was straight forward. Dropped the car off and lady was early meeting us to! Would definitely use again and would definitely reccomend to any of my friends or family! CONS: No cons. Really, great service.
