Great service, friendly people. Representative was waiting for us, it took 10 minutes to get the car. No unnecessary paperwork. Everything was fast and easy, it`s extremely valuable when you already had 14 hours of travel with 2 kids behind and 400 km to drive ahead. Car was even better than I anticipated - with automatic shift. Very well maintained and reliable. Will use these guys in future and recommend to friends. Thank you.

We rented allready two times a car from MOTOROADS. Both times the car were at schedule time at the Sofia airport Pick-up place. The car was in technical good conditions and brought us without any failer around Bulgaria (totally +/- 4000 km. ). Also the schedule time and place to drop-off the car was never a problem. Always the person of MOTOROADS was there on time.

I found MOTOROADS to be very reliable, customer friendly and helpful! I was very late arriving in Ruse but the person whom I collected the car from, was very patient and friendly. Any questions I had prior and during the time I rented the car were always answered. The car had some scratches (which I did not notice when I collected the car), but the company knew about this and I was not held responsible for the scratches. I hired an economy car which proved very reliable and held it`s own on the bumpy roads in Bulgaria :-) I am very pleased I rented from this company and will rent from them again in future.
