As always staff awaiting us at Sofia airport, things have changed a little at the airport so taken to their nearby office for our car. Thought that the bill was in pounds but actually euros, so not as expensive, thank you for your honesty. Car drove very well and no problem for our vacation, pleased with the fuel consumption as well Staff are always great and professional and we will return at the end of Febрuary 2026 steve kelly2025-01-10

PROS: Excellent service. Car delivered to hotel and then I returned to the airport - changed my plans and they were more than happy to accommodate. Good, clean, reliable car and value for money. All staff spoke good English so language not a barrier. Will definitely use again. CONS: None

PROS: I have used MOTOROADS for more than 5 years now and I have come to rely on their good prices, flexibility with car selection and more than anything else the fact that when you deal with them it all happens with real people through email and phone. This makes all the difference as you get a service specific to your needs and not something prepackaged through a website booking process. Perhaps it`s just me but to me this makes all the difference. Keep up the good work! CONS: None
