PROS: we hired a 5 +2 zafira for 2 weeks and picked it up at sofia airport. The pick up was totally painless with the rep. waiting for us with a large sign with my name on it. On returning the car at the airport I made a mistake and took it to the wrong pick up place but 1 phone call later it was sorted. I have hired before in Bulgaria with problems but MotorRoads were excellent. 10/10. CONS: none

PROS: Exceptionally professional and timely service. I loved the flexibility of being able to leave the car at a location of my choice. The car was delivered to me in great condition. There were no problems with it through our trip of close to a 1000 miles across Bulgaria`s less than perfect roads! CONS: Nothing

PROS: Met at airport as promised. Very friendly and helpful service from Ivan, transaction was quick, efficient but not rushed and he had time to explain everything to us. It was our first trip to Bulgaria and Ivan`s English and knowledge of UK and therefore the areas we needed more help understanding re Bulgaria were excellent. Car was ok - it was reliable, boot space large and aircon invaluable. CONS: Nothing
