PROS: Rented a car in Plovdiv. They filed directly to the bus station, as they wanted. The car was the same as that booked through the site, almost new.

PROS: We have hired cars from this Company over the last three years, probably 12 times. We have had three different cars. All have been very good. The people who meet us at the airport are always polite and informative, the cars always clean. I don`t think that we will look anywhere else as the service is excellent.

PROS: Booked for the first time the car for 12 days. Serving on time, the car provided a class higher for the same price, responded immediately to calls during the rental period, very helpful and friendly. During the delivery, there are also no problems, we are very satisfied, we will definitely use it next time!

PROS: I have used MOTOROADS for car rentals for my last 3 visits to Bulgaria and I will continue to use them for future visits. The vehicles are of a high standard with competitive prices. Each time I have been met by a different member of staff and found them all punctual and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody requiring car rental in Bulgaria. Keep up the good work guys!

PROS: Very happy with the car rental service, excellent communication, very accommodating and flexible. I rented a car for 15 days over the Christmass-NY period, and while upon my arrival the selected brand was not available, the MOTOROADS representative was actually waiting for me with a free upgrade car, way above the class that I had originally booked, at no extra charge - very happy. Throughout my rental period, small road accident occurred, also very happy with the dialogue, flexible also on the drop-off date and location as I requested extension within less than 24 hr notice, also readily accepted. Will definitely consider doing business with them again. So far ethic and professionalism is top notch.

Dear Alexander,
There were two separate insurance events throughout your rental period:
1. Damage to the side of the car 100% covered by the insurance. You paid nothing - not a single cent.
2. Missing car emblem. Unfortunately, the emblem of the car is something not covered by any insurance company in Bulgaria and this is described in our terms of service. We kindly asked you to pay only 15 EUR (30 Leva) to replace the missing emblem. The price we asked is exactly the price of the item in the auto shop - not a single cent extra.
