I rented the CROSS Touring LUX bike for a week, for 400km in total over paved road and sometimes rougher ones. Generally a fine bike with good brakes, smooth gears and comfortable enough seat.
CONS

After a few hundred km I found out the tires didn't fit the wheels/rims very well and the tire developed a slight bump.

It would have helped if there had been some clear signage at the collection point to indicate that it was the site of a Motoroads office. Only a minor criticism as I had checked on Google earth so I recognised the building others may not?

This year we used the services of Motoroads for 4the time! As before, everything was very good! We have been met at the airport, and helped to carry the suitcases. Very comfortable Mercedes minivan. There were 6 of us, including 2 children. We traveled to our hotel in comfort! Thank you very much! We recommend!

We rented a car for the first time, it turned out to be simple and convenient. They drove us the car in front of the hotel and we were able to leave on our trip earlier. We took the Ford fiesta. The car was in excellent condition, well maintained. In general, a positive experience, we can recommend!

Motoroads was the only provider that could offer us a 5 + 2-seater in Albena. The service was great, very friendly, punctual and without any "obstacles". Gladly again!

We had rented the class with a VW Touran as a 5 + 2-seater with automatic and diesel and unfortunately "only" got an Opel Zafira 5 + 2 with automatic and diesel. I would rather have driven a VW Touran.

The Organization is perfect and all persons are very friendly on phone, in mail and when we met the gentleman for delivery and picking up. Punctual delivery of the bike directly in front of our hotel in Dubrovnik on exactly 10:00 am with whatsapp-information before as well as the pickup 3 days later on 18:00 pm also with whatsapp-information about 2 hours before. The BMW 1250 GS was in perfect technical condition. Three days in Croatia, Montenego and Bosia-Herzegowina have been a great driving pleasure for us. Thank you!

Easy pick up process, Able to leave luggage at pick up point, very friendly service with English no problem. Bikes ready to go, some brief instruction and a pat on the back. We hired a Triumph 800, 1200, Ducati Multistrada 950, KTM 1090 for 6 days, 5 nights, 1325km and coast to coast. The 1200 Triumph is too high and too heavy. Other bikes are excellent for Pyrenees to city riding. Nice dogs.

Hello, We rent the bus in Golden Sands. We spend two wonderful days in way. I gave 5 stars because MOTOROADS team is very professional and speak in English. With two kids 1,5 y and 2,5 y this is very hard to travel by public transport or taxi. We rent car (bus) and we travel in 6 person + 2 children. MOTOROADS gave us two child seats and this was very comfortable for kids even to sleep in the car. Drop in and pick up form hotel offered by MOTOROADS is great option. I fully recommend and for sure I will choose the in for next trips. Good Job MOTOROADS

I have been traveling to Varna in Bulgaria for several years and used numerous car rental companies over that time including some Romanian companies. I would have to rate Motoroads as the best I have experienced in service, quality and value. We rented a car for 2 weeks and had requested it be delivered to our village the day after our arrival. They arrived with the car on time and in no time the paper work was signed and keys handed over. Their representative spoke good English and was able to explain everything efficiently.I would not hesitate to recommend Motoroads to anyone looking to rent in the North Black Sea Coast area, and would suggest they are worth a try throughout Bulgaria.

Good day to all! I rented a SYM Orbit 2 scooter through Motoroads.com for a week, from April 26 to May 3, 2019, for a part of my vacation in Belek, Turkey, BelConti hotel. Great service! Delivered to the gates of the hotel with Ford truck, and with a full tank. They brought also 4 helmets to choose from. On the scooter there were almost 27 000 kms, but it was fully equipped and in great technical condition. I highly recommend this rental service. I plan to repeat the reservation this autumn.
