My brother and I booked 2 BMW-bikes for a trip in Portugal. The Motoroads team answered all my question before we started from home. At the airport we met a assistant (thanks to Mario), took our bikes and started the trip. Bikes have been in best conditions. The return of the bikes was simple and easy.We would be pleased for our next trip with Motoroads. Rudolf2024-17-03

Thank you to Borislava for helping us arrange our transfer from Nessebar to Bucharesti and please pass on our immense thanks to our driver, who was friendly and drove very safely despite the very long journey and tight deadline, I`m still amazed he made sure we caught our train on time. We could never have done it without you! CONS: none

PROS: Thank you very much! Everything was great! Despite the fact that the plane was delayed for more than an hour, we were met at the airport. We flew to Thessaloniki Greece and we had to go to Sandanski in Bulgaria. At the border, the driver helped us with checking passports (we have a Schengen open). Everything was wonderful. Thanks to your company and driver Stanislov for a good trip! CONS: Not

PROS: Reception by Opel in Ruse was very friendly and correct. The car looked like new and was perfectly maintained. When we brought the car back we got a lift back to the garage we didn`t have to take a taxi but got a lift from the manager. Excellent service, no problems. CONS: none

PROS: Excellent service, friendly woman who bought me the car . . . was very flexible with the pick up time when I dropped it back 10 days later and she even dropped me to the train station after coming to my hotel to pick the car up. I was a bit apprehensive initially when I was looking online as not a company I have heard of before but would use this company first if possible in the future. Europcar sucks btw . . . they are very hard to deal with and not at all flexible . . . recommend these guys over them any day. CONS: None

PROS: Positive experience. The journey went well, the driver was punctual both on the outward journey and on the return journey and given the length of the journey (from Sofia to Sunny Beach) he allowed a halt for breakfast or lunch. CONS: none

PROS: Everything was perfect. We were given the car at the agrred time at our hotel and gave it back in the airport. Very nice staff and very convenient and comfortable car. I really good service which cntributed to a lovely vacation. CONS: Nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect!

PROS: The service worked exactly as it should`ve done - ready and waiting for us on our arrival, ready and waiting or us on oiur departure. Clean, comfortable vehicle and a friendly driver. Very good value and highly recommended. CONS: None that we encountered.

PROS: I found this service very professional: much efficiency, high reliability. Got a Opel Zafira (instead of a Ford Fiesta, `cause Fiesta was not available) and asked the car to be provided of a road map. When I got the car, we noticed that the map was missing and the man from the agency bought it istantly. In my opinion a great choice for everybody who wants to explore Bulgaria by car CONS: I really don`t have anything to say against the service. Totally satisfied. If I ever come back in Bulgaria, I`ll certainly rent a car from this agency again.
