PROS: Hello, Thank you to everyone at Motoroads for all your help and making my 2nd ski holiday in Bansko better than the first. Can I say both the drivers who drove the taxis to and from the airport and to the hotel were very professional and friendly. Thank you to Kamen meeting me and my 2 boys at the hotel and giving us our ski package details as this made the first day a lot easier. Review: Kaliakra Palace hotel, Golden Sands
PROS: I really like Golden sands and Bulgaria! The advantages are:
-good service, great rooms and accommodation, tasty food, not very high prices, no language problems all the staff can speak Russian and English, good-looking people
CONS: -no drinks were included to supper
-not enough entertainment in the hall
-not always available to book without tour agent or travel company |

PROS: We have been to Bansko, Bulgaria four times for sking, it's is an excellent ski resort for beginner to intermediate skier and some for proficient skiers. Loved it.

Review: Accord Hotel, Sofia
PROS: - very clear website, the price you see is what you pay, good service, easy to reach by phone, English speaking, safe environment
CONS: - small letters (on a Mac computer), Spanish and/or French language selection, photos can be more up to date with also dark skinned people, not only white, logo is not very distinguishing, accommodations are lovely but not very near city center |

Review: Majestic Hotel, Sunny Beach
PROS: We have stayed at the Magestick now 3 times and will be coming back again in august ,we think it is a brilliant hotel and the staff are excellent and so friendly ,don't think now we would use another hotel , but we are sure there are a lot of good ones there,the people are really friendly and never hastle u at all , cant wait .

Review: Marvel Hotel, Sunny Beach
PROS: My two friends,brother and parents went on holiday to Sunny beach last August. I thought the holiday was amazing.The weather was great.The food was not so good.We went to a local Italian resteraunt a coulple of the nights but we were not very impressed.I loved the local friendly Bar "Gullivers" and would reccomend it too anyone:).We satyed in "The Marvel" it was very clean and the staff were plesant..It was only a short walk from the beach and the strip.I throughly enjoyed the holiday and would advise people to go also alcohol and cigerettes are half the price:)

Review: Royal Hotel, Golden Sands
PROS: Its a very clean hotel .. its not far from all the shops and restaurants .. next door to the Kuban Hotal which has a great pool for those with kids ... great internet cafe for free ... we love bulgaria we've been coming for nearly 20yrs .. some of the best places to eat is Meastro's on the sea front excellent manager there his name is Ivo very friendly and good prices for a sea front restaurant . or try the condour bar over the main road from this hotel that very cheap .. or try Djonny's in the market that excellent but would recomend booking its always very busy and you'll wait hour for a table ... its a very beautiful place esp nessebar or sozapol worth a day out to each ....
CONS: Reception staff were rude and very unfriendly they fetched there children to work with them and they were cheeky and very rude to holiday makers even doing rude remarks with there fingers when people were asking for keys and help and the receptionists laughing thinking it was funny but lots of people were offended ...we stayed bed and breakfast but had our breakfast else where cos it was disgusting ... watch out for the chinese restaurant near the artists street they robbed us .... |

PROS: Dear Sandy, I was very pleased with the response that I received from Motoroads. They responded promptly to my request, prepared an itinerary, and offered to work with me on any changes in itinerary. Furthermore, they were prepared to accommodate my last-minute request without complaint. I ultimately did not use the company, but only because my time constraints made the trip impractical. But I certainly plan to use their services in the future. In fact, I hope to make plans sufficiently in advance to enable me to take a longer trip next time.
