Pros: We took a transfer on 17th Dec from Sofia Airport to near Bansko and we returned the next day. The driver we had was fantastic - he really helped make our trip - we hope that your company could thank him from us - we didn't catch his name but he was great. The car did break down mid journey and the driver sorted us out with a drink and choc bar while we waited for another car to arrive - it couldnt be helped and he sorted the situation fantastically. Pros: We rented a Renault Clio 1.2i and received a Opel Astra at Sofia airport.
When we arrived someone was waiting for us and when we brought the car back we could drive till the entrance of airport where someone picked it up and gave us the Security deposit immediately back. Very happy about that.
We will use Motoroads again.
Cons: The GPS explanation was poor, it wanted us to drive small roads while the girl who entered the destination ensured us that highway would be taken, also unable to enter all addresses. The map was our guide.

Pros: Outward journey from Sofia to Bansko was good, the driver was polite and drove safely. No complaints.Cons: Although polite (offered to stop at McDonalds ) the return journey driver made the trip in two and a half hours. A journey which you say takes 2hours and 50 minutes. I would allow 3hours in light traffic as I have driven it myself plus some extra time in heavier traffic which was the type when our driver was transferring us.

Pros: Motoroads provided good value for money which is why we chose them. When our arrival was delayed 2 days the staff were very helpful and rearranged delivery of the car.
We then chose to stay in Sofia for our last night and requested that the car be picked up from our hotel which was done.
Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
We are now booked for our next holiday.Cons: None

Pros: You run a good, flexible service and I always find that your staff are helpful. The vehicles are always presented well, with the odd exception, and I have found hiring from Motoroads to be a good experience.

Pros: Its a very clean hotel .. its not far from all the shops and restaurants .. next door to the Kuban Hotal which has a great pool for those with kids ... great internet cafe for free ... we love bulgaria we've been coming for nearly 20yrs .. some of the best places to eat is Meastro's on the sea front excellent manager there his name is Ivo very friendly and good prices for a sea front restaurant . or try the condour bar over the main road from this hotel that very cheap .. or try Djonny's in the market that excellent but would recomend booking its always very busy and you'll wait hour for a table ... its a very beautiful place esp nessebar or sozapol worth a day out to each ....
Cons: Reception staff were rude and very unfriendly they fetched there children to work with them and they were cheeky and very rude to holiday makers even doing rude remarks with there fingers when people were asking for keys and help and the receptionists laughing thinking it was funny but lots of people were offended ...we stayed bed and breakfast but had our breakfast else where cos it was disgusting ... watch out for the chinese restaurant near the artists street they robbed us ....

Pros: Been since 1999 but its the 1st time in this hotel . it was lovely and quite couldnt hear the disco or c it . two of the ladies on the desk are not very nice but everyone else is . go down the hill to mam steak house lovely people and food also gerry fish and chips before the steak out. on prom. play bowls for 5 lev a game price hasnt got up since 1999. thats on the same road as the hotel turn left when u come out of hotel its down the stairs by bonkers disco (big legs)

Pros: Met at airport as we came out of baggage reclaim, very friendly and helpfull, we rented an 8 seater, was in great shape, returned the van 2 weeks later, again we were met where we had agreed, right outside check in terminal, returned deposit. would recommend this service to anyone, will be booking with them again.Cons: We had requested sat nav, but would not work, luckily my brother in law had given me one as a back up or we might still be driving around sofia(only joking), they did refund the money paid for the sat nav, must say though that they would have sorted it out if we hadn't had a back up.
