Everything went very well and the two people who collected the car in the heavy fog at Plovdiv airport were particularly helpful – spending time waiting with us, and making extra phone calls, in case our plane was cancelled and we needed the car again. Fortunately we didn’t because we were bussed to Sofia airport but their patient help was very much appreciated. Message is: Used feb 2011 for transfer to ski location. Great service both ways with pick up waiting for us on our arrival at the airport, no qualms about the 7 children and large volume of luggage. Comfortable journey to the resort and driver helped with bags on arrival. Similar story on return journey with collection spot on time -could not fault the service and look forward to using them again next year -x-

Pros: We were a bit wary of booking through Motoroads as we couldn't find any feedback on the Company on any websites. However, I don't know why, we were so pleased with the service from Motoroads. There are a legitimate company who give full instructions on where to claim what you have booked. Rest assured this company are great. We didn't have to pay the full balance until we were in the ski resort (which was reassuring), and were able to contact Motoroads at any time i the UK and when we reached Bulgaria. AND they are by far the cheapest for ski packages! AND the actual tuition is with one of the top ski schools out there 'Tural' - who were fantastic!! We wouldn't hesitate in booking with them again!Cons: Our only hurdle was identifying the exact location at the bottom of the ski lift to meet the representative on our first ski day (because there were so many ski schools meeting there), but that was soon resolved as the other ski schools hanging around knew exactly who they were and were they met. And we soon discovered their jackets were easily identified.

Pros: Myself and my husband have been using your Taxi transportation from Bourgas Airport to Sozopol for the past couple of years. We do between 3-5 trips a year including my children using this service. I would like to say this is an excellent service, always there on time and never have to worry about drivers coming back, they are always on time to take us back to the airport. Fair price and drivers can speak some English and they are good drivers. what more can you want.

Pros: We were a bit wary and worried about booking with motoroads as we couldn't find any testimonials or recommendations on the internet. Now we can very happily say they are by far the best priced for Bansko for a full ski package (4-hour lessons, equipment and lift passes) and great service. We were able to contact them every time no problem when we wanted to and once we'd worked out the rep we met there was wearing a TURAL jacket we were sorted. The Rep directed us to our equipment hire (Bang up to date and in the Gondola building, so no long walks to pick it up or store it elsewhere); our lift passes were printed up already on cards with our names and our lessons were the full 4-hours with Ulen Ski School (the best out there!) - we were so happy. We also paid the majority of money once we met the Rep so that was good not to part with any money until you met somewhere there.
Motoroads are punctual and very reliable, we eagerly recommend them at 100%! Cons: Although the instructions were in great details of what happens and where to go, it was not clear enough where to meet the Rep, so we did laps around the huge gondola station looking for who we needed. Their english isn't great, but they pass you onto a good english speaker to sort out all the paperwork and equipment.

Pros: We have rented our cars now on several occasions to travel to Bansko and the Black sea coast and our experience has been great. We are greeted at the arrivals hall by friendly staff and the quality/clean car is parked outside the terminal. When we return we meet staff outside the departure terminal at an agreed time. Could not be easier.
Cons: We have never experienced any problems with this company so fully recommend them.
