Although we struggled with the language barriers, he was very pleasant to be with, and got us to where we wanted with no problems! Just a quick note to thank your team and driver for excellent service. Flight was diverted from Sofia to Thessaloniki because of fog. Easy Jet arranged a coach transfer to Sofia but allowed us to disembark at Simitli where your driver was waiting to meet us and took us on to Bansko where we eventually arrived between 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. This action saved us probably 4 or more hours. Well done!! Have just booked another transfer with you in February and hopefully this time there will be no added complications or diversions. I was met by a most courteous driver who when I explained that I would like to stop and pick up some milk. As it was late at night, he said it was not a problem and took the trouble to stop at a late night shop to make a few purchases which was very helpful.
