I booked a car for collection from Russe train station at 8pm on the night before we were due to leave. The car arrived on time, the GPS was set to English and the car was perfect for requirements. Your colleague, her name I have forgotten, (sorry) who delivered the car was friendly, and very helpful, setting the destination on the GPS, she even offered for us to follow her as we drove to our guest house. PROS: I am going on holiday for the first time in 7 years with my family, my wife and 5 children! I was worried about hiring a car especially the cost and also because i do not have a credit card, the staff at Motoroads replied to my worries promptly and offered reassurance that i could still hire a vehicle without said credit card. Best rates i could find!

PROS: Driver was very polite, punctual and happy to help.
We left an extra request for him to pick us up some beers for the journey which he did happily and on the way from the airport he even stopped at some motorway services for us to get some food as it had been a while since we had eaten. Journey was quick and safe. Cheaper than almost all other companies I looked at.

PROS: I had a great experience with Motoroads. I arranged a transfer from Sofia airport to Rila Monastery for a hiking journey. Unfortunately, my checked baggage had not arrived, and I was told that to send it to Rila would be very difficult. Hristo, the driver, was waiting for me as I exited the airport. I told him my problem, and he said it was no problem, and asked where I'd like to go instead. Furthermore, he arranged to meet me the next day where I stayed in Sofia to take me back to the airport, and onwards to Rila. I thought this service and helpfulness was outstanding. I will definitely use Motoroads for my future visits!! Thank you!!
