Pros: We took a transfer on 17th Dec from Sofia Airport to near Bansko and we returned the next day. The driver we had was fantastic - he really helped make our trip - we hope that your company could thank him from us - we didn't catch his name but he was great. The car did break down mid journey and the driver sorted us out with a drink and choc bar while we waited for another car to arrive - it couldnt be helped and he sorted the situation fantastically. Pros: Outward journey from Sofia to Bansko was good, the driver was polite and drove safely. No complaints.Cons: Although polite (offered to stop at McDonalds ) the return journey driver made the trip in two and a half hours. A journey which you say takes 2hours and 50 minutes. I would allow 3hours in light traffic as I have driven it myself plus some extra time in heavier traffic which was the type when our driver was transferring us.

Pros: Hi I would just like to say that I found your Transportation service very good and also good value for money. Each time I have taken your mini bus from Sofia airport to Svilengrad I have found the long trip comfortable. The drivers are always friendly and very helpful. And the transport was always on time, at the pick up point. I live in London but I also own property in Bulgaria. So I speak a little Bulgarian. However I understand more Bulgarian than I speak, so for me it is not so much of a problem. But I think to other vistors who come to BG who Speak english. And may not know their way around BG. I think it may be helpful for your drivers to try and learn a little more English as this would be of great benifit both driver and client. There by helping to make the client more at ease while traveling. I feel you run a good service and I will continue to use your service when I come to BG with my family. May thanks Mr N Gordon. Pros: We organised or transfers online with Moto Roads and I must say they were brilliant. There were 7 in our party including an 11month old baby and even after arriving at Plovdiv 5 hours late after a delay on the way out the guy met us with a board with my name on and a 12-14 seater private coach awaited us. Driver stopped on route at the Alaska supermarket in Pamps for us to stock up with provisions (this was at about midnight) before going up to our apartment at the Grand Monastery. Returning home on Sat 3rd Jan we arranged with Moto Roads to pick us up at 7pm for the 22.10 flight back from Plovdiv. Driver got there at 7.15 (which wasnt bad given the snow that was falling. Arrived Plovdiv about 1.40 mins later (again good time considering roads white over and ice!!!. Advised plovdiv airport was shut due to the snowfall!!. After headscratching and speaking to lady in information kiosk at the airport she advise that 2 coaches for this flight ( on packages to Pamps had set off from Plovdiv 45 mins earlier after being advised that our flight had diverted to Varna and was then due to go into Sofia and leave within 2 hours!!! The Moto Roads driver was brilliant, his boss ( Micheal came on the phone, (spoke perfect English) and we agreed a price and then set off to Sofia. Given the blizzard conditions and after overtaking several convoys of snowploughs on route we got there in 2hrs 10 mins ( which was quicker than I had done in a car in October!!). Met up with several Crystal ski reps who advised due to conditions they were organising a hotel in Sofia for everyone and even though we were flight only they paid and put us up in the Kempinski and gave us breakfast the next day. We left there at 2pm Sunday and eventually got back to Gatwick at midnight and drove back up to the midlands. No one can foresee the weather and it all added to the holiday experience. I cant praise the transfer company enough and will definitely be using them again (hopefully going back in late Feb). Cons:

He also helped with the luggage which is not always the case here in England. The trip down to Bansko was a pleasure and though he could speak little English, we got on fine with a few informative though brief comments. On the return, he was on time and gave a good trip back as well as diverting through Sofia to show some of the sights.
