I used Motoroads services this year (2022) already for the 3rd time for car rental and 3-4 times for transfer. They were at the same high level as before. It so happened that the vehicle I had seen was not available. Motoroads offered me another vehicle in the same class that turned out to be a brand new 2022 model in excellent condition. I received the car at Sofia airport, the Motoroads associate was kind enough to pick up the car back from our hotel in Sofia on a day off.
I recommend Motoroads for both car rental and transfers.
