Paul and I travelled from the UAE in March 25. We were greeted to find that the van we paid for wasn't available but instead of disappointment, we were upgraded and had a fabulous van. At the airport, we called the 'car' and they journeyed us door to door. We then underwent a thorough and supportive demonstration of all the aspects of 'Van Life'. The van was spotless. We paid an upgrade for kitchen equipment and bedding - which was clean, instantly installed and lovely to sleep and eat in. We drove for an entire week and filled up only once with fuel. We spent 3/7 nights on campsites and the rest of the time wild camping. On return the handover was smooth, quick and hassle free. Photographic evidence on both sides was supportive with ironing out small concerns and both parties were satisfied.
