We visited Bulgaria in August 2017. We rented a brand new Renault Clio. The car and service was brilliant. It was delivered to our hotel as requested at 1600hrs on our day of arrival. It was collected a week later at the agreed time. The car was pristine, it also had the advantage of not being covered in stickers, identifying it as a hire car. The hire rate was great, with no hidden extras, the pricing structure was clear on the website.
