I hired a car in Ruse and I was very pleased with the quality of the car, the communication with your team and the good functionality of your page. The car was delivered in time and without any remarks in its condition. Afterwards I had to extend the rent for two days - it was very easy - I made an e-mail request and got the confirmation after 2 hours. My only recommendation is adding functionality to your site to pay your credit card balance. This would be extra convenience when the car is rented from an address or smaller cities and there is no physical credit card terminal available. Thanks again for the great service! I will certainly use your services again on the next car hire in Bulgaria.
