Very happy with the car rental service, excellent communication, very accommodating and flexible. I rented a car for 15 days over the Christmass-NY period, and while upon my arrival the selected brand was not available, the MOTOROADS representative was actually waiting for me with a free upgrade car, way above the class that I had originally booked, at no extra charge - very happy. Throughout my rental period, small road accident occurred, also very happy with the dialogue, flexible also on the drop-off date and location as I requested extension within less than 24 hr notice, also readily accepted. Will definitely consider doing business with them again. So far ethic and professionalism is top notch.
