Met at airport as promised. Very friendly and helpful service from Ivan, transaction was quick, efficient but not rushed and he had time to explain everything to us. It was our first trip to Bulgaria and Ivan`s English and knowledge of UK and therefore the areas we needed more help understanding re Bulgaria were excellent. Car was ok - it was reliable, boot space large and aircon invaluable.
