At the 64th issue of the International technical fair in Plovdiv "Autumn 2008", 40 products were distinguished with a gold medal and a diploma, 20 of which are Bulgarian firms.
Most of them - 10, are the awards in the section "Machine building", 5 of which belong to Bulgarian producers.
The awarded were greeted with a special address by Premier Sergey Stanishev.
The fair takes place from September 29 to October 4. 19 venues operate, the open spaces are 17. 2078 firms from 45 countries participate in the fair.
The country-partner this year is Italy. 377 Italian firms, 10 industry chambers and business associations participate in the fair. There will be 13 premieres at the Automobile saloon, in which 32 firms will show more than 250 car models.
