Pool clean and never that busy, pool bar staff excellent, very friendly and polite with reasonable English. Review by: Paul, Glasgow Review posted: Feb, 04, 2004   the hotel is good, very clean and friendly staff.the pool is olympic size and to be honest i found it clean..its a good place to relax.there is also a kiddes pool which is safe and enclosed with a fence.the pool bar is excellent,with very nice staff who are always helpful.the food there is cheap and nice,with a good variety,and the beer is always flowing....i would definetly return with my wife and kids.thank you for a good holiday. Review by: Tony and Claire Gaskin Review posted: Jul, 23, 2004   First time in Bulgaria, stayed at Europa hotel sunny beach, must tell you that the only bad thing about this hotel was the food...not wonderful caters for german's and not so much english, but only approx £3 for a mixed grill at any resturant in town so didn't mind it that much,, resort very clean, in fact spotless,,,..hotel was very clean and very helpful staff, a pleasant surprise after reading a bad review on here about it...beach was loverly...ex lge pool.. a good overall holiday.... The food is plentiful, well cooked and frankly for the money excellent value. Everything is extremely cheap out there, you will be rich. Eating out is a pleasure we ate at Raphael's italian restaurant most afternoons - for all 3 of us to eat and drink always came to less than a tenner! The beach was lovely, the lifeguards very attentive, however there were a lot of jellyfish in the sea! Give the swimming pool a miss it was filthy, the pool next door in Victoria Palace was 100 times better and nobody cares if you use it. The Rep was very helpful but when the pool filter broke other tour guests received a reduction in their bill for staying in the room til late checkout however our rep never mentioned anything - it was only £17 but it was the principle of the matter. All in all an excellent holiday and I would go back. But only if the Flights become more family friendly. Write a comment View Europa Hotel
