The construction of the "Macedonia Tower" office center is about to begin, Сграда.com announces.
This is a project of "Айкон" ЕООД (Icon) - a subsidiary of the Greek GEK - TERNA Group.
The building, which will be located on the "Македония" square has a total area of 53 400 square meters and will be situated on a terrain of 3,450 sqaure meters.
It will include 31,844 square meters of office spaces, 4,407 square meters commercial area and a parking lot for 391 automobiles.
The total investment in "Macedonia Tower" is expected to be EUR 105 million and construction is expected to end in 2011.
"ГЕК" expects the income from the rent of ‘Macedonia Tower" to be EUR 8,5 million per year.
