The National statistic institute reports on a growth of 42.3% of the trips of Bulgarians abroad in the first six months of 2008. The increase of 42.3% is compared to the same period last year, shows preliminary data distributed today.
Within this period, the journeys of Bulgarians abroad have been 2 906 393, of which 873 204 were tourist ones.
The trips to Romania have risen around three times and those to Latvia and Greece – over two times.
