VITOSHA LIFT SIMEONOVO » Vitosha Simeonovo Lift is located at the foot of the Vitosha mountain, 10 km southwest from the capital of Sofia. The cabin lift goes up to Aleko Chalet, where another chair lift takes visitors to the top of the mountain, revealing lovely views to Sofia plain. Each cabin can take 5-6 persons and the trip to the top takes around 30 minutes. Simeonovo River Park with its green parks offers a good opportunity for relaxation, outings, sports and mountaineering away from the busy city.
