The following terms and conditions apply to all hotel, apartment, villa, hostel, guest house bookings made through www.motoroads.com/hotels/ or any other of our affiliate businesses. You are accepting these terms and conditions and they outline all rights and obligations for both parties - Motoroads.com and the customer. No other condition can be incorporated.
Accommodation Terms of Service
(1.0) Please read these terms and conditions carefully because they contain important information about your rights and obligations and you will be bound by them. Motoroads acts solely as an intermediary between you and the hotel (apartment, villa, hostel, guest house) and their owner/management office, forwarding the details of your booking to them and sending you a reservation confirmation voucher on their behalf.
(1.1) By making an accommodation reservation through Motoroads.com, you enter into a direct legally binding contract with the hotel (apartment, villa, hostel, guest house) and their owner/management office. By booking a hotel, apartment, villa, hostel, or a guest house on our web site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they apply to your order. These terms and conditions also apply to all
accommodation booking services supplied by our partners, suppliers,
contractors and subcontractors.
(1.2) Please note that the contents of our web site are aimed only at users aged 18 and above, and you must be 18 years or over to book an accommodation, using the payment methods displayed on our web site.
(1.3) Motoroads is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online Reservation Voucher sent to the e-mail address you have given to us in your booking form.
(1.4) You confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking an accommodation are your own and that there are sufficient funds on your credit card to cover the cost of the service. You agree that Motoroads and the accommodation owner/management office have the right to charge and obtain authorization of your credit
details before providing you with the accommodation service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and the service will not be performed. We will advise you as soon as possible via your email, if we have to cancel the service booked.
(1.5) Detailed accommodation description, and the booking procedure are displayed on our web site. The price of any accommodation is the price displayed on our web site at the date and time of your order. We may change the price published on our web site at any time before or after you place your order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our web site are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We will inform you if the price of an accommodation booked by you is higher than that stated in your order
and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to keep the booking. If you cancel the order, we will refund you all monies you have paid.
(1.6) All prices quoted on our web site are TOTAL, per NIGHT, per ROOM/UNIT. Motororads complementary covers the credit card handling charge for the deposit paid in advance only, but we do NOT cover the processing fee for your balance payment by credit card and bank transfer.
(1.8) You must pay online by credit card the amount requested in advance to secure your accommodation booking and the balance payment is pre-authorized on your credit card.
The "Payment in advance" amount is part of your total reservation amount. Motoroads and the hotel require this online credit card payment in advance to guarantee the booking in an event of a late cancellation or no show. If the amount paid in advance is not sufficient to cover the cancellation charges the excess will be deducted from the credit card pre-authorization of your balance payment.
(1.9) The reservation balance payment usually is due upon check-in at the hotel in cash or by credit card (see hotel accepted payment methods) unless the hotel requires to be made in advance prior to check-in. As a standard procedure the hotel requires a pre-authorization of your credit card to ensure you have enough funds for your balance payment upon arrival at the hotel. No actual charge takes place prior to check-in.
(2.0) MOTOROADS BG shall appear on your credit card statement for the online credit card payment made in advance. The HOTEL NAME shall appear on your statement for your balance payment credit card authorization/charge. Please be advised, that sometimes the name of the hotel owner differs from the advertised hotel name. In this case, the hotel owner's name will appear on your credit card statement.
(2.1) If you encounter a problem with the service provided, please inform Motoroads and the hotel management immediately using the numbers given to you in your reservation voucher, and we will immediately endeavor to put things right. Failure to notify us of your complaint at this stage will affect our ability to investigate the matter complained of, and your rights under the contract.

(2.3) Please note that any cancellations/complaints must be received in writing by Motoroads and the hotel (apartment, villa, hostel, guest house) respectively the owner/management office.
(2.4) If your booking details change, you can amend your booking, but it is subject to availability and payment of any difference in the applicable prices. We reserve the right to charge a 25 EURO administration fee for any booking that requires amendment.
(2.5) All accommodation reservations made via Motoroads.com are final after the deposit required in advance is paid in full online by credit card. If you fail to pay your reservation deposit we may
cancel your booking at any time. The deposit paid in advance is non-refundable. In addition, if a refund needs to be made to you it shall be your full payment made less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges applied by Motoroads and/or the services
provider and/or partnering banks. Leaving the hotel (apartment, villa, hostel, guest house) earlier than the confirmed check-out time in your reservation voucher is NOT a subject to refunds by Motoroads and the hotel (apartment, villa, hostel, guest house).
(2.6) We promise that all accommodation services you
purchase from our web site will be performed with reasonable skill and
care and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with our
agreement. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and
information published on our web site are accurate, but regrettably
errors do occur, and we reserve the right to rectify such errors before
your booking is confirmed.
(2.7)We will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change the service because of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These includes for
example, war, threat of war, terrorist activity and its consequences or
the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other
national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear
disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions.
(2.8) We may transfer or subcontract any or all of
our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time.
(2.9) We may alter these terms and conditions from
time to time and post the new version on our web site, following which
all use of our web site will be governed by that version. You must check
the terms and conditions on the web site regularly. The terms governing
the purchase of any Accommodation service will be the terms in place at the
time of your order.
(3.0) A person who is not on a reservation voucher
has no rights under the Contracts.
(3.1) Notice will be deemed received when an email
is received in full (or else on the next business day if it is received
on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or 48 hours
after the date of posting.
(3.2) These terms and conditions, together with your reservation voucher apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and by selecting "I Agree to Motoroads Terms of Service" box in your booking form, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out here (including the privacy statement below)
(3.3) By selecting "I hereby authorize the above charges to my credit card" checkbox in your booking form, you acknowledge and agree the required online payment in advance and your reservation remainder/balance to be charged/pre-authorized on your credit card by Motoroads and/or the hotel (apartment, villa, hostel, guest house) owner/management office.
(3.4) Motoroads do not charge any cancellation or booking fees.
Cancellation fees are subject of charge by the hotel booked, not Motoroads and are deducted from your payment made in advance to secure the booking. If the amount paid in advance is not sufficient to cover the cancellation charges the excess will be deducted from the credit card pre-authorization of your balance payment.
(1.0) We make no representations that information published on this web site is a 100% accurate and up-to-date or complete and accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information. This Site provides a large amount of information and there will inevitably be errors in it. Although we use reasonable skills and care in performing our services we cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors. We accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to it and its content to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law. We reserve the right to change the information published on our web site at any time and without any notice.
(1.0) We value your trust in choosing Motoroads for your online accommodation reservation. Motoroads respects privacy and does not sell or divulge any information about its customers. All credit card payments are made in the background through a third party and secured through Secure Sockets Layer /SSL/ and 3D secure technology. Your credit card data will stay strictly confidential.
(1.1) When you make a reservation for a hotel (or any other type of accommodation), you will be asked to complete our online booking form providing us with your name, address, email, mobile or home telephone number, credit card details (i.e. credit card type and number, CVC code, expiration date, credit card holder name) and reservation related information (flight details, etc). This information is required to process, secure and complete your reservation including the sending of your reservation voucher via email.
(1.2) For the purposes of completing your booking, we will only disclose your name and the credit card details to the relevant hotel with which a booking is made. However, please note that from time to time, we may use third party distributors which provide certain services and functions for and on our behalf. These third party distributors may have access to (part of your) personal information in order to perform their services and functions, but are subject to a confidentiality obligation pursuant to which they cannot use, share or disclose the information for any other purpose.
