Comment: Smashing hotel in Veliko Turnovo. We had a most enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to recommend it. We are going back to VT soon and will be staying at the Bolyari.

Comment: A little gem close to the center of town !
I arrived by train early in the morning ( 6:30 a.m. ) walked from the train station to the Hotel ( used the early morning for some spectacular photo shots ) and expected to leave the luggage at the reception until check in time - to my surprise I was given a room right away. The rooms are modern, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms with showers. The personnel speaks English and is very friendly. I had trouble with the internet connection and they came to help and also gave me general information about the region, transportation etc. Modern, safe, quiet location - value for your money. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
