Bulgarian municipality of Primorsko (South Black sea coast) received the unique ‘Golden Stamp' for unique European settlement.
The award was bestowed on official ceremony in the Art Gallery in Sofia.
The ‘Golden Stamp' is given to Primorsko due the ancient historical and cultural heritage of the municipality and the unique natural sights.
Last year the prestige prize was bestowed to 15 European cities, including Florence and Strasbourg, as well as 85 Bulgarian municipality centers.
The nominations are made by 150 famous Bulgarian scientists and art men with international recognition.
