The property is situated in a small village 25 km. from the picturesque old capital of Veliko Turnovo and it offers lovely view towards the village. It is close to the centre and consists of a house, farm buildings, a garage and a garden. The brick house on stone foundations is a modern one (built in 1984) and it is supplied with electricity inside and running water both inside and outside.
