The property is situated in a nice village which old part is an architectural reserve and is situated at the foot of Stara Planina. It has a wonderful view towards the mountain and it is situated near a small brook. The property consists of a house and a garden. The house built in 1910 is a typical representative of the Bulgarian traditions in building - it has stone foundations, mud-brick walls (which are good insulation) and stone slabs for the roof. The wattle and daub ceilings are traditional for the period, too.
