The property is situated at the end of a small village not far away from the highway Sofia - Varna, but nevertheless a quiet and peaceful place which offers lovely view towards the neighbouring hills and mountains. The house is recently built - 1990 and the owners sell it together with the furniture. It consists of two equal in size halves both facing south. Having two entrances the two halves can be used as two separate houses. The building is really modern and convenient - there is running water inside as well as electricity. There is a sink and a water fountain outside, too. Another advantage of the property is the presence of a bathroom and a toilet inside the house both with terracotta tiles. The first floor consists of a glazed entrance, a corridor, a bathroom and a toilet, a kitchen, one room and a terrace with wooden double-case doors and wooden double-frame windows in good condition. There were two telephone lines installed in the house which don't function as the owners do not live in the house. No garage is built but there is parking space for a car in the yard and a suitable asphalt drive-way. The garden (670 sq. m.) is flat, sunny but it needs some clearing. As a whole the property is in excellent condition and does not need any major reapair works - just the above mentioned and guttering on the roof. Moreover, it has the charm of a big, modern house with a nice view and recreation potential. A game reserve called "Bialka" is nearby and the area is quite appropriate for hunting.
