The property situated at the beginning of the village consists of a two-storey house (60 sq. metres living area), a barn, farm sheds and a big garden. This beautiful rural house built around 1945 is supplied with electricity and there is running water inside which is a great advantage for a rural house. All the windows of the house have well preserved wooden frames which need just painting. The house is in relatively good condition. On the ground floor there is a corridor, two rooms and a cellar. One of the rooms has a sink and an old fireplace which is in good condition and can be used for heating. Both rooms have wooden floors and big wooden beams for ceilings. They are clay-plastered and then limed. The cellar has a cement floor. An outside staircase made from stone slabs leads to the first floor which has a small terrace and consists of three rooms. All of the rooms are clay-plastered and two of them are limed. There is another old fireplace in one of the rooms used for heating the second floor.

A telephone line can be installed easily in the house. No garage is built but there is enough parking space under the farm sheds and there is a suitable asphalt drive-way accessible in winter. The garden is relatively big (1500 sq. metres), flat, with rich soil and well-kept. There are some vines in front of the house. The village is not far from the highway Sofia-Varna. In the village there is a community cultural centre, food shops and a pub. There are regular buses to the nearest towns. The village itself is very quiet and peaceful with a population of about 900 inhabitants and it is quite popular with fishing as there is a dam nearby.
