Redenka Golf & Ski Club is a member of the luxury chain SILKY HOTELS & RESORTS and will be fully managed and serviced by Bulgaria's Leading Property Management Company, PropertyManagementBG. The Club will function all year round and will welcome golfers, skiers, tourist, investors, participants in company meetings and business seminars and long-term tenants. Redenka Complex, part of which is Redenka Chalet 2, will be advertised internationally in the brochures of the leading tour operators providing services in Bulgaria. Special arrangements will be set-up with Golf Clubs all over the world and their members will be welcomed at Redenka.
MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMUNAL AREAS (compulsory)
The maintenance of the complex will be provided by Bulgaria's leading management agency Property Management BG. The annual maintenance fee is 800 Euros.

If you wish to rent out the chalet to tourists, golfers and skiers can use the services of in partnership with major international and local tour operators selling ski holidays in Bansko, including the major UK and Irish touroperators, as well as web marketing through the leading ski and tourism portals and reservation systems on Bulgaria: , and through the website of Being located in the luxury gated Redenka Golf & Ski Club as well as being in the middle of the Bansko and Kulinoto ski resorts and the Bansko Golf course, we are sure that Redenka Chalets including Chalet 2 will provide high occupation and great rental returns for the owners.
Owners will be offered fixed rates per night for short-term rentals. All expenses for short-term lettings (electricity, water, cable TV, Internet) will be charged to the owner’s account. Long-term rents are subject to additional negotiation between the tenant and the chalet owner, which will be handled by us on your behalf. Usually for long term letting’s all expenses are covered by the tenants. Our experience shows that short-term rental provides a higher rental income and we expect that Redenka Chalets will bring maximum 5% rental return during the first year and approx. 7-9 % during the second year.
NB! The price of Redenka Chalet 2 includes VAT and all taxes, real price paid is shown on title deeds, but additional approx. 3% notary fees and stamp duty is payable on receipt of title deeds.
